It takes almost no time to come up to temp, maybe ten minutes. Yes it keeps working if you follow clean habits like wiping the stopper and not reusing needles. It should last several months without issue. You probably would not notice anything until something grows, which is rare. After four to six months I would replace it anyway.
Hi all - I’m expecting three vials of this 20 mg lyophilized powder this week and it’s my first time dealing with freezing then later reconstituting. A couple questions: how long should the cooled powder sit out before adding the BAC water? Also, does the BAC water stay good for multiple months once opened if kept in the fridge the whole time? How would you tell if it has gone bad? Thanks.
