The governor says he used a GLP-1 drug, which I guess means one popular option. Still, I suspect he might not be telling the truth and is probably on something else because dropping 80 pounds on that option is quite rare.

Is it possible he is the special patient who recently got one-off permission to access the other medication? Everyone assumed it was a certain politician, but if so it's not working and if anything weight went up instead. This governor fits the initial details that came out. Just speculating, obviously.

This is great for him.

One type of GLP-1 medication is what he means and I also lost 80 pounds in two years.

Caught the guy during a broadcast recently and realized he had to start out massively overweight because even after dropping eighty pounds he still looked quite big.

Yes, he was extremely obese. He was so big that another politician mocked his weight, and that politician is obese himself.
