I'm not convinced shielding the patients is what this is truly about. Probably a few people stand to gain something while tightening ties with their buddies along the way. Curious how the talk ahead will unfold.

Every week seems to bring some fresh problem. Fentanyl never enters the picture for them. Payments flow in to shield the drug makers from losing massive revenue. They insist on grabbing the entire sum rather than most of it, right down to the final cent, and the whole setup feels repulsive.

I wonder if anyone can predict how this will affect the deliveries still coming in. Any thoughts?

It's wild how that substance is all over the place yet those big approved drug makers caused a huge crisis with painkillers that killed folks and wrecked countless lives. I completely understand where you're coming from. Early on the monthly expense for the mixed version didn't bother me at all, yet lately it looks like most established pharmacies have moved toward recurring plans or begun mixing in big amounts of extra vitamins such as B6 or B12 along with who knows what else simply to meet regulations. I realize these places need to operate as businesses, but the medications themselves have been genuine lifesavers for a lot of people. There must be some fair compromise somewhere.

Officials could never wipe out unofficial channels entirely yet partial crackdowns might still cause major headaches for everyone involved. Linking these substances to hard narcotics fails to calm my concerns. Hard narcotics circulate widely but trading them brings penalties severe enough to wreck lives. Our current substances avoid that risk though the outcome would turn disastrous if rules shifted. I suspect authorities would rather guard company earnings than pursue street substances and it takes only missing political drive to let things continue. Recent attention might remove that missing drive though. With everything unpredictable ahead I keep thinking about building a personal reserve while possible because these materials hold up over time.

Patents don't matter to us since we possess the means to produce them independently. Expense alone keeps manufacturing from happening domestically. For kilo-sized orders the outlay would pay for itself. 🤷🏼‍♀️
