Which route works for you with Selank, shots under the skin or a mist up the nose?

↳ replying to @KeenMarble30

I tried both approaches, yet my nasal passages aren't in great shape and seemed too congested for consistent results. The spray performed well on days when everything was open, though the injection method turned out simpler overall.

Definitely. A couple of imbalances are left which bring on difficulties, however the acute ripping ache disappeared quite a while back.

Wow that result looks impressive. How much did you take each time? Dealing with tendonitis in my bicep I take the first compound once daily at one milligram and the second at two milligrams spaced three days apart.

GreenMeadow27archiveMar 13

Together with my significant other we began our ten-day course on Tuesday. To my surprise I got up the next morning with far greater vitality than I have felt for ages. Both of us have seen our rest getting much better within just several days. It is too soon to judge the extended effects yet the sensations are clearly present right from the initial application.

RustTimber30archiveMar 13

Forty days have passed since I first tried GHK-Cu starting at two milligrams, though I raised the amount to three milligrams twenty days later. An itch that used to bother the rear portion of my head has now vanished completely. Dryness and eczema continue to affect my skin, and I plan to try KPV in the near future hoping it provides relief.

I tried a tiny test amount on myself once and ended up with intense localized soreness plus a sudden rush that left me convinced danger was close. After that any further use of the compound up to the largest amount I've tried always triggers the exact same response. The whole thing feels strange and now I dread any accidental hit on a vessel or muscle since it seems like it would detonate. I heard about a different one just the other day which means yet more items to purchase. This pursuit is awful and almost seems designed to empty my digital wallet.

ClearKettle41archiveMar 13

Among the compounds I've tried, those three combinations stood out for delivering noticeable changes. One led to significant shedding of excess pounds and cleared fluid retention. Introducing the second blend brought major improvements to my complexion, lowered swelling throughout my body, and repaired my digestive system. Now I can handle occasional wheat products without issues, and my facial hair is regaining some pigmentation. Recently I've been rotating the third pair, expecting better rest but instead experiencing enhanced performance during workouts, with gains in power, added muscle mass, and further reduction in body fat.

IronThistle67archiveMar 13

There isn't a ton of research involving people with those compounds, yet tests on animals produced impressive outcomes. That's why folks like us end up trying them out ourselves. Quite a few report solid benefits along with an acceptable level of safety.

I experienced something similar using that compound at five milligrams. Suddenly I felt incredibly powerful, like I could wrestle anything barehanded. So I dropped the dose to four milligrams and found it worked ideally for me. The smooth vitality is fantastic. Rather than a hormone surge, it feels like every cell is activating its internal energy factories. One observation stands out since I reside in the mountains: on the day I take it, the impact is minimal. I can climb multiple staircases without getting winded at all. Following three months of periodic use with the other product, I have no plans to stop. It's really remarkable.

GreenPebble71archiveMar 14

After years of rough athletics my shoulders have taken a beating and I'd like to delay any replacements if possible. This compound might help calm things down in there. At the moment I get steroid shots every twelve months just to keep the discomfort manageable yet I realize the approach can't continue indefinitely. Have you tried the first one on its own or did it always come paired with the second?

GreenSparrow64archiveMar 14

Around three weeks have passed since I began this particular regimen involving several compounds dosed as follows: one milligram of Reta every five days, five hundred micrograms of BPC-157 each day, one and a half milligrams of TB-500 daily, two milligrams of GHK-Cu per day, and four hundred micrograms of KPV daily. Early on during the initial seven days I observed marked reductions in heart palpitations along with a decrease in my pulse rate. My personal ECG device has recorded no irregular rhythms whatsoever. Although I lack objective measurements to confirm progress it seems evident that recovery is underway which surprises me considering how brief the period of use has been. In the coming weeks I plan to introduce Epitalon Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin into what I'm currently doing though I haven't started that yet.

NorthThistle70archiveMar 14

For sure reta delivers results. Mots-c paired with nad+ provides solid endurance and vitality. This feels like steady noticeable drive rather than a quick spike from heavy caffeine or gym supplements before training. I grabbed pt141 together with semax and selank. That one does the job too though managing the sensations all day came across as awkward haha.

SlowSignal13archiveMar 14

I shed twelve kilos across five weeks, shifting from seventy eight down to sixty six. That copper peptide gave me no benefits at all, just some massive marks on the skin, you know.

QuietLedger82archiveMar 14

I've experienced total success with that particular substance without any doubt. The mixed product helped as well, yet I credit the gains mostly to three ingredients inside it. The copper-based peptide leaves me unconvinced about fulfilling its advertised effects. Shifts in hair and skin quality prove tricky to track precisely and may reflect only personal bias. No clear changes in cellular energy production have shown up for me so far. The immune-balancing element looks helpful against autoimmune issues, though the trio of other peptides might explain those outcomes instead.

RustKettle37archiveMar 14

I've been on this copper peptide treatment for roughly six weeks now, combining it with another peptide to address some unexplained redness on my face. Lately, my complexion has started looking more radiant, and it doesn't flush as much when I'm exercising or jogging. Since dropping a couple pounds thanks to the weight loss aid, the skin around my midsection hasn't gotten any saggier than before, and might even look a bit better. My skin feels denser overall, which makes the daily injections more uncomfortable than they used to be. Ironically, I sort of wished it had no effect, giving me a reason to quit because this is the injection I find most bothersome. I'm planning to keep going without a break, though I sometimes add zinc and iron supplements to avoid any potential shortages, despite it likely not being a problem with the daily copper dose of 2.5 milligrams.

AmberWillow79archiveMar 14

Pairing these two peptides ranks as my top choice overall. Body fat comes off fast and hard, skin takes on a fresh young feeling, they add a solid push for building muscle, I keep complete say over meals, end up with a shredded look, and everything stays great with the spouse.

I got a vial that came already blended with equal parts of both substances, meaning they stay combined all the time.

I've been researching CJC plus IPA quite a bit lately. I was deciding between the version with DAC and the one without. Right now I'm leaning toward no DAC, the same way you're doing it. Any particular reason you chose the version without DAC? What dosage and frequency are you using for each?

WarmThistle33archiveMar 16

what was your dosage?

WryFenwick45archiveMar 17
↳ replying to @ClearTimber11

It's astonishing how much protocols differ between individuals. The 5-Amino made me feel completely euphoric, just as I would picture an outstanding serotonin reuptake inhibitor functioning.

ClearTimber11archiveMar 18
↳ replying to @WryFenwick45

Curious what dose and delivery method you used for the RS. I looked into 10-15mg SQ.

↳ replying to @BlueThistle84

Once those fourteen weeks finish up, what's the next move? Do you stop completely, or pause for a while before beginning another round?

BlueThistle84archiveMar 19
↳ replying to @LevelBeacon93

I'll probably repeat this every few years and keep an eye on the results.

WryMarble33archiveMar 20
↳ replying to @LevelFenwick52

I believe that using the DAC version isn't a good idea at all. It keeps growth hormone elevated all the time without breaks. Our systems are meant to handle this hormone through brief releases happening around eleven times daily. The version without it delivers those releases but improved, with greater height and a touch more duration while keeping the pattern. Adding the DAC instead soaks everything in a steady low amount of the hormone. That wears down the hormone-producing glands and raises chances of unwanted effects happening.

Hi there. Picked up a nice bargain from this one place. Not promoting them or anything, but I'm really satisfied with how they operate. It's a pleasant shift away from those foreign sources. So, I stick with the 50 milligram containers. The method I'm following is from this physician, and I've divided it by two because of my high sensitivity. I realize lots of individuals aren't into that physician, which is why another dosage site exists. My wish is for you all to remain joyful, prosperous, and in excellent condition. 😊

LevelFenwick52archiveMar 20
↳ replying to @WryMarble33

Your reply proved helpful. I finally chose the version that omits the DAC.

ClearKettle64archiveMar 20

Although it's not widely liked by others the option I prefer most has really improved how I rest at night leaving me feeling much better overall I also saw positive results with a second one

No amount of DSIP produced any results for me at all. You're fortunate! In numerous respects, Reta has proven excellent for me. Beyond shedding pounds, my vitality increased significantly, which simplifies enduring extended work periods without meals. Additionally, MOTS C boosts my energy levels nicely.

BlueCompass77archiveMar 22
↳ replying to @BlueBeacon12

Personally this one brings me incredible rest during the night.

NorthLantern91archiveMar 22

My two-week epitalon run felt really positive overall. Dreams turned intense and my rest improved a lot. I intend to repeat the same schedule twice each year. NAD+ plus buffer ranks as another favorite since it leaves me feeling good every single day. I stick with five days on and two off. Tirzepatide produced strong results for me beyond just personal stories. Retatrutide gets plenty of praise from others yet I only know tirzepatide through direct use. Hunger and nonstop snacking urges dropped sharply, ending my old compulsive habit. Cravings for sweets or junk disappeared once I started tirz and I have dropped fifteen pounds so far while keeping up exercise and shifting my meals. I have watched people carrying over a hundred extra pounds lose quickly then stall after skipping any diet shifts or basic movement, which amounts to unhealthy undereating. Speaking as a guy, PT-141 worked well in my case. I began with smaller amounts and raised them by half a milligram at a time when the prior level showed no effect, and handled extended arousal without worry since it felt like a teenage phase.

SharpTimber43archiveMar 23
↳ replying to @AmberWillow79

Which specific growth hormone variant do you mean here, the 191 amino acid version?

SteadyQuill55archiveMar 23

I'm amazed there aren't more discussions on this substance. I completed two cycles of twenty days each, separated by a month. It was more than necessary since my supply seemed weak, and I aimed to ensure sufficient intake for half a year while also having nothing else to do. Thus I did another round. (Initial at three quarters of a milligram daily, follow up at one milligram. That amount balanced the suggestions of ten milligrams daily versus just one hundred micrograms.) Sleep quality has been poor ever since my close companion passed three years back, and after losing my dad it declined further. These days I rest my head, shut my eyes, and within five minutes I'm asleep until morning. It truly astonishes me. I possess enough for three years using the twenty-day one milligram routine twice annually, and worry constantly about depleting it. Plus it could potentially extend lifespan? Man, I accumulated other things despite weaker indications of even minor gains!

CopperAlder51archiveMar 23
↳ replying to @SteadyQuill55

This substance ranks high among my preferred peptides, possibly the highest. I plan to keep a supply stored in the freezer at all times. Another variant is arriving soon as well. The upcoming regimen should prove quite engaging. I'm eager for it.

BrightLantern89archiveMar 23
↳ replying to @SteadyQuill55

Would taking one milligram each day across twenty days without stopping work? How often can these periods happen in a year, and might the better rest keep going during the gaps?

SharpCinder35archiveMar 23

Using Retatrutide together with those peptides helped shed quite a bit of body mass. Workouts started feeling great and both my bounce-back time after training plus nighttime rest got noticeably better. The SS-31 plus MOTS-C run left me unsure whether anything changed at all. Planning to start the Khavinson peptides before long.

AmberKettle62archiveMar 24

I'm five weeks into using CJC without DAC combined with Ipa. Since this marks my initial experience with research peptides, I increased the amount gradually over the early period. Body changes haven't appeared yet, but my workouts feel stronger and I recover faster overnight compared to before. The standout effect has been improved rest, as my recent chart clearly shows. For the past twelve days I've maintained the highest amount planned for this round, which is three hundred micrograms each evening without eating. Notably, the usual face heat or redness only started at this level, making me question if the product was genuine at the beginning. Over the previous five evenings I've added Epi as well.

LevelFenwick52archiveMar 24

Touching lets you detect them? Funny, what's the sensation like?

NorthLantern91archiveMar 24

I picked five milligrams roughly three quarters of an hour prior to turning in.

After being on tirz for four months now I'm debating whether to test out Tesa AOD SLUPP LIPOC or some alternative instead. The goal is boosting energy trimming fat around the stomach and legs firming up loose skin and easing into turning forty soon. Plenty of people combine several at once yet I would rather see what each item contributes on its own since mixing them all would leave me unsure which change came from where.

SteadyLantern59archiveMar 27

On that med I shed thirty pounds across six weeks. Melanotan two sent my libido through the roof.

SteadyAlder49archiveMar 27
↳ replying to @QuietThistle22

Everything hinges on what you're trying to achieve. Based on the things you listed, I assume dropping body fat is the main target. In that case I'd pick the first option as the one to add next. The second one barely registers at the amounts most of us use. Reaching any real effect means taking enormous quantities, literally multiple grams instead of small amounts, and the expense matches that scale. The only folks I've come across who made it work were competitive athletes in that field, mainly because they usually get supplied for free. It also refuses to dissolve in liquid. That leaves either blending it into another solvent for injections under the skin, which feels messy and uncomfortable, or swallowing it in capsule form. The third option showed almost no results in actual human studies. Early tests with animals looked encouraging, yet those outcomes never carried over. The fourth mix gives a lift from the vitamin content, yet it falls short of the claims made by clinics. I keep using mine anyway since I still have a large batch from a compounding source and don't like throwing it away. I wouldn't source that type from research peptide sellers either, since most turn out to be colored water. If you decide you want some, a compounding source is the way to go. All of this is just how it looks from my own experience and results can differ.

KeenWillow45archiveMar 27

Absolutely that one stands out for me. I'll test additional peptides across separate stages of my strength training cycle to check the outcomes.

BlueBeacon12archiveMar 28
↳ replying to @SteadyAlder49

I wanted to mention that the scientists behind SLU-PP-332 claim it lacks oral bioavailability, meaning those capsules probably won't be very effective either, haha. They've come up with SLU-PP-915 that works the same way but can be taken by mouth, yet I haven't found any sources for it yet. I'd really like to hear if someone knows a place, or perhaps some sellers here could start making it, lol.

QuietThistle22archiveMar 28
↳ replying to @SteadyAlder49

The mention of that compound caught my attention since one version I tried from a pharmacy gave noticeable results, yet a different bottle sourced elsewhere produced no sensation at all. It sits in a category close to unregulated but not fully. Lots of positive talk surrounds the alternative peptide option, and since my goals involve dropping pounds while focusing on abdominal and leg areas plus holding onto muscle as I near that age milestone, it seems appealing though the dosage might end up high and I'm uncertain on the starting point. Thanks for the thoughts on those other options too. A recent audio discussion swayed me more in that direction, and what you said aligns with it.

PatientTimber33archiveMar 28
↳ replying to @WryBramble37

Appreciate you sharing that thought! Going to experiment with it for certain!!!

WryLedger42archiveMar 28
↳ replying to @SteadyQuill55

I came across info suggesting the Russian formulation involved experimenting with a more intense compound, which explains the microgram measurements instead of milligrams. Once mine arrives I aim to begin my cycle, originally thinking about five milligrams daily across twenty days, yet I might try one milligram first to check tolerance. Do you happen to take your epi in the morning or later in the day? There's little out there on that topic.
