I'm doing exactly that on a six-day schedule with a shot every two days. I started it to get past a stall, first on tirzepatide, then added cagrilintide, then retatrutide. Cagrilintide hasn't affected me the way many others describe. I went up to 10 mg tirzepatide every six days over four months and began getting tinnitus and prickly skin, so I stopped raising that dose. I had already dropped 40 lb by then, but hit a month-long plateau. Adding 500 mcg cagrilintide every six days changed nothing. Adding 1 mg retatrutide every six days also did little. Raising both to 1 mg cagrilintide and 2 mg retatrutide still barely moved the scale. Only when I reached 2 mg cagrilintide and 4 mg retatrutide alongside 12 mg tirzepatide did the loss restart. The first two nights after that increase the skin sensitivity was bad enough that I considered stopping everything. It has eased a bit since.
Has anyone tried running this combination? I'm already using retatrutide with tirzepatide and was thinking of adding a cagrilintide shot mid-week to strengthen hunger control, since my cravings usually ramp up later in the week. The idea is mainly to reach five receptors total.
