You need to reach any steady state first before deciding what to change next. All the jumping around is not helping. I understand the urge to tweak when progress stops, but waiting at least four weeks before acting is the usual advice for a reason. I just added another compound a week ago and saw appetite drop but no scale movement yet, which felt alarming, yet these things need time to level out. Pick one plan, such as a six-day rotation, and give it a full month or longer before judging.
I kept switching my schedule around so much that I have no idea what level is in my system right now. Started at 10 mg weekly, then every five days, then five mg every three days, then seven mg every three days. I feel dumb about it and cannot tell if the medication is still working. I am not gaining but I am not losing either, which was the goal. I had two weeks off but did not overeat and kept training, yet the scale has not moved. Earlier I was losing slowly because of training and high protein intake for muscle, but at least a little each week. Now nothing. I want to return to a steady schedule, maybe every five or seven days, and ease back into it by adding half a milligram and an extra day between shots each time until I am back where I was.
