Some folks don't respond much to the usual amounts. Studies looking at bigger amounts are already underway. I've heard about individuals using 30mg of tirz or 20-25mg of reta. One person stayed at 12mg of reta over half a year and saw major cholesterol gains without any weight drop. She's now at 20mg of reta and the weight is coming off. It appears okay to push to higher amounts when needed, provided no bad reactions and doses aren't ramped up quickly.
I've always struggled with nonstop hunger that just won't let up. What I want is something to quiet those endless thoughts about food. Recently I've been looking into Cagri after seeing accounts of how well it quiets appetite signals. My own results so far haven't lined up with what I expected though.
I've been on GLP meds for two years. At the moment it's 15mg Tirz each week. Tolerance built fast and I stopped noticing real changes once I passed 10mg. It worked nicely early on but now the impact feels tiny.
I added Sema for a short time hoping it would handle the appetite thoughts. Almost no reaction happened, which made me wonder if the batch was bad. My partner used the same thing and dropped about 60 pounds in six months, calling it life-changing, so it must be real. I quit after a month.
I took a three-month break. Strong hunger came back for a while but then eased. When I restarted Tirz I felt hopeful, yet by week three the lack of effect returned.
After that I tried RETA. It seemed like a waste of effort and cash. I went up to 12mg weekly and felt nothing. Once I'd finished several vials I set it aside.
Now I'm on Cagri. Week one at 0.25mg with the Tirz gave mild stomach unease. Week two at 0.5mg brought nothing worth noting. Week three at 1mg finally showed something, like early Tirz effects that lasted about five days. Week four with the same dose had a short burping urge. Week five had zero signs at all. For week six I'm thinking of trying 1.5mg.
Does tolerance build this fast for these meds? Everyone else I know gets a stronger reaction. My partner does well on 0.5mg sema and my mom sees good results from 7.5 Tirz. I'm not sure what sets me apart. Maybe I'll test higher Tirz amounts since that's the one that helped before, as some people go past 20mg. Has anyone else found Cagri less impressive than expected? Any other tricks that might work better for me? Why do I seem to respond differently from most?
