My wife and I both shifted toward fewer carbs once we began using reta and it has suited us well.
I'm wondering about something. Lots of YouTube channels and nutrition experts keep insisting that low carb eating is basically the only real solution for handling metabolic syndrome and prediabetes. With these GLP medications now available, and knowing plenty of people simply cannot stick to that kind of diet even when they try hard, does the low carb approach still matter as much? I haven't come across much discussion on this angle yet.
