That is great news about the recent appointment. Thanks for sharing the update.

Yeah those thick ones are as long as my thumb.

Yes the pink Korean version tends to cause fewer injection site reactions. I still dilute it quite a bit and the vials are large enough for that. For other products that cause reactions like MOTS-c or GHK-Cu, adding KPV to the same syringe is another option, and the KPV can be reconstituted with bac water containing saline.

Can I ask how much bac water you use to reconstitute the 1200 mg pink version? Also, could the KPV be added to the same vial or is it better to keep them separate? Appreciate the advice as always.

Update if anyone is interested. Just did my second IM injection with the same glutathione. Actually hit the right muscle this time. Very little lingering pain afterward, more like a dull discomfort, maybe a 1 out of 10. Not bothered by the larger needle at all. IM injections feel oddly satisfying, maybe because my brain tells me I am brave for doing it. Funny that I can handle big needles in muscle but answering an unknown phone number still gives me major anxiety.

The strongest concentration I felt okay with for the pink Korean glutathione was 200 mg per ml, which meant 6 ml for a 1200 mg vial, and even then I preferred IM only. I had a better experience at 100 mg per ml or 12 ml for the same vial.

The day I have been both looking forward to and dreading has arrived. My pink glutathione has arrived. Supplies on hand include the glutathione vial, 1 percent lidocaine for injection, bac water reserved for glutathione, 21 gauge draw needles, and 25 gauge IM needles. The thread has been really helpful. My only remaining question is how best to use the lidocaine. Should I mix it straight into the glutathione vial, add it on top of the shot somehow, or inject the lidocaine subQ first at the planned site?

Thanks. I still have some tenderness in the leg today, not as bad as before but annoying when I move. Might drop to 100 mg every other day instead of 200 mg three times a week.

I cannot advise on the lidocaine, but I can say that doing IM really is not as bad or scary as it probably feels right now. I am the biggest wimp when it comes to pain and scary things, yet it ends up feeling no different from subQ, just a longer needle going into a different area.

I would not want to try that combination. People often add KPV to GHK-Cu but not commonly with glutathione, so I would just draw both into the same syringe. On a separate note, the safest approach is sticking with testosterone at normal levels and skipping the harsher anabolics. I started glutathione after Anavar caused liver injury and it took a couple of months for enzymes to normalize. Now I only use testosterone, HCG, and basic supplements like boron. I avoid primo and mast because of cardiovascular risks.

Have you tried the ventrogluteal site yet?

Not yet, but the last IM had no lingering pain so I think I am improving. I just used my last insulin syringe and only have the larger IM needles left besides some cheap Amazon ones, so I am thinking about which other peptides I can switch to IM until more small syringes arrive.

I find the ventrogluteal site much better than the quad. Voluntarily doing extra IM shots is still not for me though. If you are using 25 gauge you can still do subQ with it, just do not insert as deep.

No thanks, just the thought of that site makes me feel nauseous.

I understand, but it has honestly become my favorite site.

I have no problem with any other site, just that one. Yikes.

What about delts? That is one site I cannot bring myself to try.

The closeness to the sciatic nerve makes me nervous for IM in that area, even though the video makes it look straightforward. I am with you, it feels a little scary.

Just received my order. Wondering what you reconstitute with and the amount. Really anxious about the burning sensation. Also received some KPV. Didn't have injectable vitamin C but can get it if needed. I have bacteriostatic water.

I reconstitute 600mg using 3ml of bac water. The sting really isn't that bad. Are you doing subQ or IM? I figured out the discomfort from IM was due to hitting the incorrect muscle. It's been okay since I fixed that.

I have 1200mg and was thinking 6ml of bac water for subQ. I have a big fear of needles and thought I had everything sorted after buying, but now realize I didn't research enough. Also planning on 150mg maybe four days a week, or three if I get scared.

SlowSparrow78archiveAug 7

I'd also use 6ml of BAC. Started with subQ and the sting wasn't too bad really. GHK was worse. Just didn't care for the red lumps the next day, more for looks than pain. Do you inject anything else? Peptides have helped a lot with my fear of needles. Never thought I'd do IM but the upsides make it worth it and now it's no issue.

Previously I was at 200mg but now at 300mg. Used to have 600mg vials but now 1200mg ones. For the 600mg, mixed with 3mL BAC and pulled 1mL for 200mg. For 1200mg, mix with 4mL BAC and draw 1mL for 300mg. You could use 6mL BAC in the 1200mg vial and draw 1mL for 200mg. The sting isn't that bad. I was doing bigger volumes because mixing thioctic acid and vitamin C with the glutathione, so had to go IM in ventrogluteal. But for just glutathione, subQ works fine if you don't like bigger needles.
