Users report a range of persistent or surprising effects including nasal drip, skin crawling or sensitivity, sudden diarrhea, chills, allodynia, and constipation or the opposite. Some effects fade with time or lower doses while others remain stubborn or appear only after certain triggers like restaurant meals. The runny nose stands out most for me. Tingling sensations and chills eventually eased up, yet the drip has hung on stubbornly and caught me by surprise.

Crawling skin hit me hardest at bigger amounts, though I adjusted to it eventually and it vanishes on my current lower amount. Chills come in right behind that.

Your nasal drip is nothing; I counter with sudden explosive diarrhea.

At 6 mg I feel no downsides at all. The skin sensitivity feels good to me and my midsection looks better too.

I get the nasal drip too but figured it was just my usual hay fever acting up, since I react strongly to pollen and deal with it constantly.

The sulfur burps stand out for me.

Loose shirts now look odd on me, that’s the first thing that comes to mind.

Sudden urgent diarrhea with almost no warning has been the worst surprise, though it happens less now; early on it startled plenty of people around me.

Opposite experience here: my sinuses go completely dry for the first couple days after each injection.

ClearQuill84archive2d

Allodynia turned out rough after I accidentally injected 9 mg instead of 6 mg; the body aches lasted a full week along with constant chills and feeling frozen.

Allodynia is miserable, plus this sparkly itch right in the middle of my back that seems tied to it; both cleared up after a few months.

WryFenwick45archive2d

My usual restraint around saying dumb things to people seems gone now; hard to tell if that came from the medication or simply another year of age.

GreyLantern71archive2d

Constipation shows up with my usual home meals while anything from a restaurant flips it to diarrhea, with nothing in between. Nasal drip also appears a few days after each shot.

Bone-deep cold that layering never fixes, always feeling chilled.

Same here; I now sleep on a large heating pad and it feels really good.

Anhedonia creates a strange mix of feelings I both appreciate and dislike.

Age doesn't magically improve how you talk so I still come out with foolish comments even though I'm getting on in years. That laughing emoji. Being sensitive to low temperatures might be the single thing that's different but it was already how I was beforehand. There really weren't any bad reactions at all. My sleeping has been messed up however I wouldn't say the drug is responsible. I increased until reaching 10mg before dropping to a level that just maintains things.

Yeah the ringing in my ears seems to be the cause. Since my dose stays low the whole thing feels minor yet I pick up the sound these days. Others have noted the same thing I think. Quitting over that idea still strikes me as absurd. What a ridiculous notion anyway! 🤣🤣

This issue has bothered me over many years now. It's really unpleasant overall. Background sounds from the television don't trouble me much, nor do places like shops, eateries, or pubs. At night I run a noisy air cleaner in my room to rest properly.

I tend to feel chilly most of the time too, especially now that colder months are nearing in my northern spot. The ear ringing I already deal with is severe enough that I might not have detected this. Noises like percussion, shooting, or riding bikes make it worse. Early on I suffered from severe indigestion, but that problem has since resolved.

That B looks good....I brought up the baggy top....it gives me a weird appearance...dude, those times....haha

Tinnitus has been part of my days since I can recall, and these medications have increased the volume lately, though I count myself lucky since the sound never troubles me. At this moment, while I pay attention to it, the tone stands out clearly. A gadget for steady background noise sits beside my bed and I really enjoy using it to cover every noise while I sleep. Whenever I head out for longer than a couple nights I always tuck it into my bag, as I am quite the enthusiast.

Sometimes the volume spikes without warning and other times it goes completely unnoticed, which strikes me as strange. I use ear protection at bedtime, so with the sleep apnea mask on my face too I must appear like a being from an interstellar adventure tale or a suited fighter from a classic video game series.

I like fitted tops these days. Mediums work for me currently, so I picked up three of them. I'll add more gradually. Before, I owned two larges along with mostly extra larges. It's fortunate I'm unemployed since that means skipping business clothes which would otherwise need updating. My closet holds mostly shorts plus two worn 34 inch denim pants. I ought to check if they still fit ahead of the cold months. My size altered due to the treatment. The phone's background sound option from my child didn't appeal to me. Still, I'll look over the suggested page. Earplugs prevent sleep for me since they drown out the air circulator excessively.

Haha yeah that checks out for me personally. This has turned into a real lifesaver. It calms down my restless thoughts completely. I figure it connects somehow to the UARS thing.

That medication eased up the fluid draining in my nose.
