Am I stacking too much?

Summary

Is stacking multiple peptides with tirzepatide too much?

The original poster describes 14 months on tirzepatide plus layered peptides since October and reports better energy, endurance and focus while pinning twice daily most days. Several responders see nothing wrong with multiple daily injections provided cycles include recovery time, though one user recently stopped similar habits and another flags higher immune reaction risk from one compound. Mixing certain peptides into single shots is presented as routine.

At sixty three years old, after my insurance quit paying for Tirzepatide I turned to peptides through less regulated channels starting last year. Fourteen months later I've shed eighty pounds on it, recently raising the dose from twelve point five to fifteen milligrams due to a stall. Since October I've been adding various peptides one after another including Tesa IPA then Cargi then a mix of NAD Mot C and five amino followed by Klow and now DISP. Switching to Retatrutide soon. Feeling better energy endurance and mental clarity. Pinning most days twice but taking Saturdays off. Great progress but wondering if I'm overdoing the stack and should drop some items. Can peptides be combined in one shot safely? I mix three of them already. Thoughts?

Switched from tes ipa to straight hgh. Don't believe you're overdoing it. I handle eight to ten daily myself but spread them to avoid possible endotoxins.

Nothing seems off about it to me. I have pinned five to eight times on some days and keep a steady three on lighter ones. I always leave recovery time after a cycle and avoid overlapping anything new so I can track effects and sides. Been fortunate so far. Solid work dropping the weight.

Anyone else seeing upsides to DISP?

Took it for a month. My smartwatch showed higher sleep scores and more deep sleep than before. Taking February off everything except Reta and may restart DISP in March.

If you have to ask whether you're slamming way too many unproven compounds and turning injections into a hobby, the answer is almost certainly yes. No judgment though, since I just stopped the same thing a couple weeks ago.

If you aren't married go ahead and keep going. I wouldn't though, at least not with those. MOTS-c already sits higher on the list for immune reactions and ISRs but it looks like it's working for you.
