Summary

Are small skincare-style fridges cold enough and practical for storing reconstituted peptide vials at home?

Users discuss personal mini fridges for keeping peptide vials separate from household food. One reports buying a basic thermoelectric model that works but draws power and makes some fan noise at night. Others note seasonal heat issues and interest in models with freezers or backup power, while temperature experiences vary by location.

Hey folks! Anyone keeping their reconstituted vials in a mini fridge like those little skincare ones? Wondering if they stay cold enough. I was considering putting one in my room so I can do my peptide shots there without my housemate around.

I got a cheap thermoelectric model to store peptides and some drinks. They aren't very efficient on power and the fan makes a bit of noise, which can be annoying when trying to sleep.

It gets really hot this time of year. For a bit more money you can get a proper unit that includes battery backup and works as a camping fridge too.

I was also considering one because I don't like my vials sitting in the regular food fridge with everything else. I'd like to find a model that has a freezer part so the dry items can go in there as well.

Yeah that does seem noteworthy the fan noise escaped my attention before.

It'd be nice if my only issue was the temperature being high but at the moment it's really chilly over here in Britain πŸ₯Ά πŸ˜†
