I have a 29 mg vial of Retra that I put 0.3 mg of bac water into. After sitting in the fridge for about an hour the liquid was gone and the vial was mostly powder again. Should I add more water? Why would this happen? Any advice would help.

Additional study looks essential here. Around here it's referred to as reta and comes in vials. Describe the substance used for dilution plus the exact procedure including calculations and similar details. Readiness seems absent, and errors aren't an option with this.

Right away I halted my current actions and put in lots of time doing research on my own. I got started using a business that showed me each part of it. Clearly I was not ready for something like this yet. I made sure I didn't end up getting hurt.

Several things in your question are not right, but good that you asked. 29 mg of any peptide is an odd amount, probably it was sold as 30 mg and tested at 29 mg. 0.3 mg is weight, liquids are measured in ml. 0.3 ml is a very small volume of bac. Water dried up only makes sense if the rubber stopper was removed. Pause and spend more time reading the forum and watching videos before going further.
I set the glass tube out of reach and focused on studying the process over multiple weeks, realizing that starting too early would probably lead to self-injury.

I had assumed that once the liquid had evaporated from adding three units of bac to the container the next move was gathering the remnants from inside to swallow yet apparently that is mistaken?!?!

It would take quite a few deliberate steps to create an error this extreme by accident. That means adding ten times too much of the mixing liquid into the container, prying off both the seal and the stopper, then setting the whole thing uncovered inside the refrigerator until the fluid disappears. I hope this was meant as a prank rather than someone going out of their way to cause an overdose along with bacterial issues that could land them in serious trouble. If it turns out to be real after all, more details would probably be needed to avoid any harm, or maybe this sort of thing just isn't a good fit.
