Oral BPC-157?

Summary

Does oral BPC-157 work as well as subcutaneous for gut health and recovery, and are there any differences or side effects?

Users report that oral BPC-157 can improve gut issues like bloating and reflux, sometimes with noticeable results in a day or after a month of use. Subcutaneous administration is described as more systemic and faster for joint or tissue recovery, while oral stays more local in the GI tract. Some combine both approaches or choose oral to avoid extra bac water. One user noted immediate gut benefits despite criticism from others on the forum.

Has anyone tried BPC-157 both by mouth and under the skin? Did one seem more effective than the other? Any stomach problems from it? I'm trying to decide which to go with for recovery and gut health, but I don't want to use up more bac water on it.

I used an oral mix of BPC and KPV and it did the job. Took about a full month to really feel the results though. It works, but shots seem quicker to me.

Did the oral tablets give you different results? I tried oral BPC arginine and didn't notice any clear change in gut health compared to other methods.

I've done both. Oral was surprisingly good for gut issues in particular since it lingers longer in the digestive tract. Sub-q seemed to affect the whole body more, helping joints and tissues better. Oral makes more sense if gut health is the priority and it avoids the bac water issue. Sub-q is better for overall recovery. A few folks switch between them.

My wife is a big believer in oral BPC with KPV and PEA. She does a 30-day course and gets around two months of relief from it.

Some people here gave me a hard time about using oral BPC, but it fixed my gut problems right away—bloating, bowel movements, reflux, everything. Results were obvious from day one. I also use sub-q for injuries and believe it helps, though I'm not totally sure.

Honestly, gut health wasn't what I was tracking when I took it. I was mainly hoping it would fix a flare-up in my wrist or elbow, and it did help with that.
