Technically Possible To Combine Reta/Tirz w/ Eloralintide?

People are already putting cagri together with sema, reta, and tirz in single vials. My bet is the same will happen with elora once production settles down. Probably in about six months.

Both cagri and eloralintide were designed for pH levels that run opposite to the GLP-1 meds. That difference is probably why the company gave up on a single-solution version.

I'm starting my own trial of eloralintide on top of tirz this week at 1 mg. Still deciding whether to do it the same day or space it out.

Been on tirz for a year at 15 mg weekly. Did 1 mg of the new one yesterday afternoon. Mixed with 2 mL bac water and it stayed clear. Planning to dose it five days after tirz so the levels are dropping. First morning: stomach feels full, bowel movement was harder than usual, zero hunger, energy fine, slept well. Early days but the long half-life is interesting.

Thanks for the support. Week-two update: second 1 mg dose yesterday. Levels are rising as expected with the long half-life. Timed it two days before my usual tirz shot and the suppression stayed strong on days it normally fades. Saw a brief eight-point resting-heart-rate bump that went away. Thirst and dry mouth are still there but milder. Down three pounds in ten days, which is better than the recent plateau.

The phase-1 data on half-life looked inconsistent—around two weeks at very low or high doses but closer to one week in the middle range. Weight loss hadn't plateaued at 48 weeks, and lean-mass preservation looked better than cagri in the rat studies, especially at lower doses.

Reta tends to raise resting heart rate while this one lowers it—maybe they balance each other out nicely.

Getting ready for the fourth 1 mg shot tomorrow, two days before tirz. The compound builds nicely thanks to the half-life. No need to rush the dose up when stacking—it's riding on top of the tirz without issues so far.

Week-five update: moving up to 2 mg. Suppression is solid, had some fatigue one afternoon that passed, and slept well. Just took the usual 15 mg tirz. Really like how the two work together. Weight is moving again after a long stall.

The studies show slow absorption too—peak levels take 3–5.5 days. The curve in the app assumes faster uptake and makes the peaks look steeper than they probably are.

I replotted the 1.2 mg data points myself and the shape looks different, especially early on—less steep at the start.
