Who knows it might have the makings of a country track??

Yeah, the sort where everything bails on the guy, starting with his lady friends, then the ride, and finally the pet.... 😎

It's not something that only affects women when it comes to figuring out you've gone far enough after years of focusing on slimming down. Guys face similar worries about how their bodies look and targets that keep moving. I don't agree with that actress's remark since she credits her superior DNA.

Life forced me to rethink how I viewed myself and what I hoped for after an unexpected turn altered both my daily reality and my body in ways I hadn't foreseen. I couldn't have pictured needing to shed one hundred fifty-five pounds since I had never even reached that level before ending up far heavier. My shape has transformed so completely that I doubt it will ever match the old version no matter how many hours I log swimming or using equipment at a gym. My first bone density scan is coming up soon and I figure the fat percentage will land above what feels ideal though I still haven't chosen an exact target. The physician has said it's time to pause the reduction but I sense I have a little farther to go. Right now my height and weight fall inside the standard BMI category even though that calculation has its flaws and that's the figure I'm holding onto. Your words left me thinking you might reach an acceptance of where things stand now without measuring it against an earlier point.

The heart specialist keeps asking about my reduced body mass after dropping fifteen pounds from the prior checkup. I mentioned eating fewer carbs as the reason, but I'm certain he remains unconvinced. There's also a scheduled visit with the specialist for urinary issues where I intend to mention changes in my interest in intimacy as the cause, even at my age.

For me the solution appears straightforward. I had more activity and muscle that gave me the shape I preferred, which led me to increase my activity levels once more. I went back to the same routines from earlier times. I visited the gym and hired a trainer for reaching my targets. I avoided any calorie reduction since that wasn't appealing. I prepared meals ahead and kept food available to maintain energy and so on. Though personal situations can be tricky differently for each, I set a definite target and followed through with the required steps.

Her description really hits home for me. This sickness is serious business and the tiredness just makes the whole situation tougher to handle.

Initially I figured the change would be straightforward since I skipped the sudden warmth episodes, yet that seems mistaken now. Every other sign is present, and avoiding the hormone treatment looked possible at first but doubts are creeping in. Still, I understand what you're dealing with. Back in my earlier years there were plenty of problems, and it's nice to have them behind me.

Throughout my life I've never come across anyone who feels entirely satisfied with their body. There's always some flaw they notice in themselves even when others don't. From what I've noticed females tend to judge their own appearance more strictly. I'm fortunate my spouse has stood by me through every fluctuation in size over the years. Lately he's mentioned I might be dropping too much which made me pause and think. After skipping the scale for a bit I checked this morning and felt surprised to land below the standard range despite eating quite a bit. So now my goal is to add a few pounds something I never expected to aim for and it feels like unfamiliar ground.

I appreciate that. From your reply it was clear you skipped the other replies and your direct answer didn't upset me at all. 😊 That kind of comment is exactly what I might tell myself too haha! The lupus isn't the biggest issue really because I deal with multiple autoimmune issues and hEDS leaves me feeling ancient. 🙃 Yet after trying some peptides especially that particular combination my hEDS symptoms improved dramatically for the first time in around two decades. They've made a huge positive difference in my life.

Lots of people skim just the ending and miss the whole point. I'm dealing with something similar alongside my partner. I crushed my second target by a wide margin, and now I'm gradually adding back a small amount of mass. It's weird, though, since the persistent stomach padding is still shrinking when I look in the mirror and check the numbers, so I'm holding steady on my upkeep level for the moment.

Yeah, I'm holding at my upkeep level without dropping it lower. I've got that same abdominal area still getting smaller, so I'm working in extra carbs plus more healthy fats to even things out. This feels like such a strange spot....lol

My workout buddy checks in regularly to help me follow through on fitness plans. This setup has supported my efforts well until now.

Your drive makes success look likely for the pair of you. It feels good seeing both of you move forward. 👍 ❤️

The discussion has advanced quite a bit since it started. It stayed upbeat the whole time, yet the opening inquiry about sufficiency still merits reflection. I keep thinking of that film line suggesting we set our own limit. My consult for back surgery went better than expected and left me upbeat. I had meant to check in with my friend who deals with similar discomfort, but suddenly it looks like real trail walks could be possible again. Others are helping track progress while we keep moving ahead. The whole exchange shows uplifting attitudes plus friends cheering each other on.
