I thought I would kick off a thread where everyone can post their results. If sharing photos feels off, just describe where you started and how things are going now. At 42 I began changing my eating habits and workout routine a little over a year back. I have dropped more than 100 pounds, moving from roughly 300 down to 195, and added noticeable lean muscle with the help of Reta, Tesa, and Ipa. Body fat went from over 45 percent to 16 percent while my visceral fat index fell from 19 to 6. Still working toward the finish line but satisfied with the changes so far. Target is a lean 225 pounds at 12 percent body fat.

Congrats! I have come down to 286 from 330. My first pin was February 15th. Building my portfolio and will share once I reach 260. Keep up the excellent work. It is not only the peps but also the diet and dedication. Proud of you.

ClearCinder61archiveMar 29

Posts like these really motivate me! Well done! I've lost ninety-four and a half pounds after starting at three hundred nine. Still not at my target, yet I feel good about how things are progressing. RA and inflammation have kept me from exercising at the gym like I hoped, though I'm focusing on recovery for those issues to allow more activity later. Seeing these kinds of shares helps me stay motivated!

PlainQuill53archiveMar 29

Wow, you're enormous my friend! Two decades of weight training and your build makes mine seem tiny. Everyone tends to do that because I have trouble adding size no matter how hard I try. What exactly went into getting those results? I only started snapping transformation shots partway through reaching this size, and the shift here comes to roughly forty five pounds. Maybe I can locate some old ones from when I hit three hundred twenty five at my biggest, though finding them will take some searching.

WarmSparrow33archiveMar 29

From 380 down to 240 now. Really happy with the progress after spending four years on this journey. Hoping to reach somewhere near 150. First tried fasting intermittently over a twelve month period and then began oz

I've put in steady effort lifting weights and watching what I eat, plus I seem to have solid natural ability when it comes to keeping and adding lean tissue. Too bad the same thing applies to body fat, ha. Right now I stay on 2mg Reta along with 1mg GHK-cu and 250mg glutathione every other day without breaks throughout the year. On top of that I pin 2mg tesa plus 500mcg ipa on an empty stomach right before sleep each night, following a repeating pattern of twelve weeks followed by four off. Twice annually I complete the full fourteen-week mitochondrial support plan. When something gets hurt I add the four-week KLOW combination. Beyond those I experiment with assorted peptides here and there that produce mixed results. They never follow any set schedule. I usually follow the common length and amount people mention for a stretch, then drop them until the urge hits again to give another round a shot. Those have included 5-amino-1mq, DSIP, Cartalax, Vesugen, Epitalon, Kisspeptin, TA-1, plus nasal versions of both Semax and Selank. A few weeks back I began TRT at 150mg total each week split into daily intramuscular shots. Lately I've been looking into moving away from the tesa and ipa combo toward actual HGH, though I'm still checking whether that switch makes sense given the secretagogues appear to be doing their job. Separately I'm also thinking about trying a round of Anavar, yet I'm reluctant because heading into AAS territory feels risky. This whole thing started as a push toward better overall condition, and I have no interest in trading that away just to chase more size.

I'm five nine and went from two hundred seventy pounds down to two hundred.

Whoa, I see my abdominal muscles beginning to appear!

WarmWillow76archiveMar 30

My journey began with MJ on the first day of October 2025 when I tipped the scales at 284 pounds. By late January I had switched over to reta. Now I'm down to 204 pounds while dosing at 6.5 mg on a six-day schedule.

Wow, what a surprise! Never come across anyone dropping such a huge amount in such a short span. Truly lightning quick!

I realize my workouts are getting weaker these days, honestly. Still, I need this handled fast so afterward I can regain what I've lost. It's not like I'm going hungry either since my intake stays around that range each day, though my lifestyle keeps me moving a lot.

WarmMeadow92archiveApr 1

As I got ready for my job this morning I came across a men's suit jacket in 56L. Hard to picture ever fitting into something that large. Back then my size was enormous. These days a 42L is what I take so that jacket stayed hanging up. My pants run 36-38 and I couldn't locate those either. There are bigger issues out there I suppose πŸ™ƒ.

I began this journey weighing three hundred twenty pounds and have since dropped to two hundred twenty seven. The oldest photo comes from Easter twenty twenty two when my relatives and I got together. The shot of me wearing the blue dress dates back to the Thursday right before this week.

WarmWillow50archiveApr 2

Haven't managed to snap a full body photo lately so just using a face pic at the moment. Still need to drop around twenty pounds. Began at three twenty and now down to one sixty nine.

Did the peptides by themselves really produce such a change?

Dude that change looks fantastic! Now you are unable to work as an impersonator of that actor for income πŸ˜‰

ClearThistle50archiveApr 10

Normally I skip snapping any images but posted them in a different spot not long ago. No harm in doing the same here too. The opening pair date from winter while the others are much more recent.

Began using reta first. Next came a fourteen week course involving NAD along with SS31 and Motsc. After that phase I moved into alternating tesa and ipa together with 5 amino. Tried plenty of unrelated items at random too yet mainly credit those earlier ones for the overall change. Not long after the photo I began TRT using a standard dose and now plan to move away from tesa and reta toward HGH while checking out a few other gentle options.

AmberSignal37archiveApr 10
↳ replying to @SteadyAlder49

Wow, that's really impressive. It looks like there was a lot of muscle hidden away. Which parts did you benefit from the most with those NAD and Motsc things? And why switch over to using HGH instead of the other options like tesa and reta?

My general well-being got a boost. I noticed better spirits, sharper thinking, steady vigor all day long, drive to stick with healthy eating and workouts, and the pounds came off a little faster. How much you notice depends on the starting state of your cell powerhouses. Mine must have been off since the initial run made me feel like I had superpowers. After a few rounds though it flattened out. That tells me my cell powerhouses are doing fine now. Regarding growth hormone, I'm curious to test the buzz around it myself. It should let me adjust my amounts more freely. Also I can eat more regularly which helps with gaining mass. On top of that the cost is lower.

SteadyAlder49archiveJun 13

It's been several months since my previous note so here's another one. My body fat percentage has dropped to about twelve or thirteen percent while I keep adding lean mass at a gradual pace. Since then I moved away from the prior peptide combo over to outside growth hormone because of simpler handling and lower expense. I also began testosterone replacement therapy along with a brief low-dose course of prescribed oxandrolone. I lift weights six days each week and my eating plan stays roughly ninety percent consistent. I give a lot of credit to retatrutide plus the other compounds for much of the improvement though plenty of consistent work remains necessary. Having carried extra weight for my whole life I still find it hard to grasp how far things have come. This group deserves thanks too for the shared knowledge and mutual support that helps me stay motivated toward better health.

LevelSignal57archiveJun 17

I've shed close to thirty pounds since my heaviest point. Before trying anything else I managed to lose seven or ten pounds by myself. Once I began Tirz on the ninth of March I lost another twenty to twenty-five. My workouts include lifting weights, jogging, and yoga.

Such a huge motivator, and I value how straightforward you've been about sharing the whole change! After I get a bit further myself, I'll jump into the conversation here too!

SharpAlder88archiveJun 17

Over eight months I dropped sixty five pounds amounting to a fourth of my starting body mass. For the following two years I have held steady at that lower weight. All of the reduction happened on tirz and currently I maintain using a mix of tirz and reta. The image provided is my prior and recent passport shots.

Thanks for cheering me on! This process has been enjoyable until now. Becoming someone who loves working out was never in my plans. For years I was fine staying at a high body fat level. Yet tough times can sometimes lead to positive shifts when they're required. Can't wait to check out how you're doing and hope you stick with it! I've included my starting point and current results.

WarmMeadow92archiveJun 17
↳ replying to @PlainAlder11

Yes, and it works well. Thanks for the tip. I don’t always trust the readings it gives, but it shows the exact same weight every time.

KeenTimber66archiveJun 17

During the past few days I noticed some bloating. Distorted self image definitely exists yet I'm aware of it and manage to stay on top of things. Maybe an extended break up in Oregon would let me lift heavy with a training partner.

BlueQuill49archiveJun 18

Started at 235 back in May 2023 and now sit at 145. Lately I've turned my attention toward body recomposition instead. The reading on the scale feels fine to me, yet I still don't want that skinny-fat look, so I'm putting work into adding muscle while trimming away fat.

SteadyAlder49archiveJun 18

You've made impressive progress and look awesome!! Dysmorphia hits me hard too. The trouble comes when I notice the post-workout swell in the reflection and feel positive. Later at my house, checking myself out again makes me appear tiny and soft instead. Seems like that swollen state is something I'll always try to recapture. If you're ever in Salem OR, feel free to hit the gym with me!

Well done with how much you've changed already. I share the view that shedding pounds works well at first, yet shifting toward a toned and strong physique is what really excites. Dropping the extra mass supports a longer life while gaining muscle supplies the energy to make the most of those years.

I have to view the earlier version placed right beside the updated one before my mind can properly process what changed.

PatientCompass47archiveJun 18

Most of the pounds came off during the opening year and these days I'm just making small adjustments. Five times weekly I do cardio on an empty stomach for half an hour while lifting weights on three occasions each week with sessions lasting ninety minutes apiece. Tirz delivered excellent results for me and over the past thirty days I've begun using reta. I log all my food and beverage intake along with taking numerous supplements while on testosterone therapy at age fifty-one. The starting image dates to December of last year at two hundred seventy pounds and the recent one from early this month shows one hundred ninety-five. There isn't a final picture. Focusing on the journey rather than the destination. Edit: I realized I had already shared in this discussion back in March so here is an updated image along with my history.

ClearMeadow73archiveJun 18
