I wouldn't think about alternating on and off treatments aimed at blood pressure or cholesterol. Settling on the suitable amount and timing to reach a preferred body mass leads to keeping that pattern going permanently except when other factors shift.
I am taking tirzepatide at 5 mg weekly, split across two days, and have dropped about 6 kg in roughly six weeks. Once my current supply of 30 mg vials runs out I plan to move up to 10-12.5 mg weekly. I want to know whether cycling on and off would be better than simply raising the dose over time, and whether a larger retatrutide purchase would be needed for that. Right now I hold around 600 mg of tirzepatide and 100 mg of retatrutide. I am not starting any switch soon and expect to finish the tirzepatide I already have first.
