Should BPC and TB be taken separately or as a blend

Summary

Should BPC-157 and TB-500 be taken separately or as a blend for shoulder and elbow pain

Most participants prefer taking BPC-157 and TB-500 separately because it allows dose and frequency adjustments and lets users stop one compound if sides appear. Blends are seen as less flexible and potentially using suboptimal ratios, though one user notes they can be cheaper when the 1:1 ratio matches their needs. Several alternatives like KPV, ARA-290, or HGH are suggested for pain and inflammation, and personal injury details plus current peptide stacks are shared without clear resolution on what works best.

The GLOW product hasn't helped with my pain or skin at all. I'm still looking for something that works, mostly for shoulder and elbow issues. Are the Wolverine blends worth trying, or should the two be used on their own?

QuietFenwick27archiveDec 21, 2025

Using them on their own is usually better because it gives more flexibility. You might find that 1mg of one and 1mg of the other suits you, or perhaps a lower amount of the first with 1mg of the second. Blends force you into whatever ratio the maker chose. If sides show up from one, you can simply stop that one instead of having to drop both.

HGH might be worth looking into, though it can raise fluid pressure around nerves like in carpal tunnel cases. Other options for pain include KPV for inflammation and ARA-290 for nerve and inflammation issues. What sort of elbow and shoulder pain is it?

IronWillow10archiveDec 21, 2025

I usually just purchase the two and combine them on my own.

I like taking them separately. I do 250mcg of BPC twice daily close to the problem spot, currently IM at the bottom of the tricep for an elbow issue. For TB I do 2mg subq every other day in the stomach. Blends restrict the protocols you can follow, and I prefer the freedom to adjust dose and timing as needed.

its cheaper buying the blend

I have a 75 percent slap tear in the shoulder. Insurance won't cover repair unless it's at 50 percent. I've had two surgeries on it years ago, one to open the joint and another to clean up the tendon ends. Both biceps tendons have been cleaned at the elbow and there's a small tear at the shoulder end of one bicep. I'm currently on TRT along with Reta, nad+, ipa, and tesa. I just finished several vials of glow70 with no effect, then ss31 and epitalon also with no effect. I'll start mots-c in the second week of January. The shoulder got hurt reaching too far back during volleyball and serving makes it worse. Any suggestions on dosage, protocol, or things that work well together would help.

Could fluid buildup get worse when combined with the fluid buildup caused by that one?

PlainKettle41archiveDec 21, 2025

Did you check out that other option already? Perhaps the previous batch you tried turned out to be ineffective. Once I finish the present container of the combination, I intend to switch over to the alternative. I will stick with the standard amount of the main component and add extra injections for the two others because my comparable problems call for bigger quantities.

Questioning whether that mix proportion works out right. A costly lesson showed me an equal parts combination of those two brings little real gain. That forced me to pick up a standalone supply of the second compound. Mornings I use seven hundred micrograms from the mix split evenly between them. The same dose repeats in the evening with an added milligram of the second one for a daily total of one point seven milligrams. That lands right in the middle of the typical one point five to two milligram range. Three mornings each week I end up with multiple shots once the other two substances get added in.

CopperFenwick10archiveDec 21, 2025

It all hinges on the intended aim. Consuming a milligram from both lets the mixture suit my needs nicely.

Could be that starting this a month back is behind the flare up in my carpal tunnel symptoms these days.
