Adding bpc157/tb500 to stack?

6 replies5 peopleJun 18, 2026☆ Follow
Summary

Can BPC-157/TB-500 be safely added to an existing peptide and TRT stack for nagging elbow injuries from lifting?

Users already running TRT plus other peptides report adding BPC-157 and TB-500 produced noticeable improvement in golfer's elbow and forearm issues within weeks. One person described going from barely curling 10 lb to near-full workouts after consistent daily BPC and several weekly TB-500 doses. Another on a similar multi-peptide regimen found the same pair helpful for tendonitis and general aches. A blend containing those plus additional compounds was also credited with relief alongside a specific exercise.

Whether BPC/TB will interact with the planned CJC/Ipamorelin addition or affect long-term outcomes

I've had ongoing forearm and elbow problems from lifting. I've dropped the weights and skipped aggravating moves, yet the discomfort has lingered for about a month. I'm considering adding a BPC/TB blend for faster healing. Right now I'm using TRT along with Reta and motsc, and I'll soon start a cjc/ipa blend too. Would the new blend create any problems with what I'm already taking? Anyone running something comparable or have thoughts on this?

I'm in a comparable spot though I'm not using anything yet. I'm completely new to peptides and still learning. The issue was never formally diagnosed but I think it's golfer's elbow or tendonitis that started when I was a bricklayer more than twenty years ago. It mostly disappeared after I stopped that work, flaring only rarely. Once I began gym curls it returned right away. I've tried changing my form and holding back to let it settle, but it keeps bothering me and holds back my lifts. BPC-157 and TB-500 look like the right choice to test for relief. I'm unsure whether to start with a combined approach or use them separately, or whether adding anything else would help further.

Your current lineup is close to what I'm running. I'd definitely include BPC and TB. I dealt with bad golfer's elbow that spread into the shoulder and wrist. My left arm was nearly unusable unless I rested it for two weeks, after which I could hardly curl a 10 lb dumbbell five times. Two weeks later the arm felt about 80 percent improved and by 30 days it reached 90 percent. Missing doses for a couple days lets some discomfort return, yet I'm back to my full routine without trouble. I take 1 mg of BPC morning and night daily and 1 mg of TB-500 three mornings a week. Research I saw suggests extra product beyond a certain point mainly gets wasted, though exact maximums aren't well documented. I've tried doubling some weeks to be sure I'm getting the full effect rather than under-dosing.

The reverse Tyler twist exercise helped my golfer's elbow substantially. A particular blend also made a noticeable difference.

I've used a comparable stack for three months and the BPC/TB portion worked well on persistent elbow and Achilles tendon problems plus everyday soreness. Curious to learn how the cjc/ipa portion turns out for you. I already have the materials but still need to get comfortable with intramuscular shots.

I was looking at that same blend. What schedule are you following for it?

I used amounts that delivered 2.5 mg of one component and 0.5 mg each of three others daily. After mixing the vial with 3 mL of BAC water I injected 15 units each day. That ran for nine weeks. I'm now halfway through a three-week break and plan to resume in about ten days.
