Summary

Dosing protocol and injection experiences for Lipo-C without B12 while on other peptides

Users report starting doses from 0.5ml to 1ml several times a week. Some experience significant pain with IM injections in the deltoid, leading one to stop use. Slower injections or subq administration may reduce discomfort. One formulation includes lidocaine to help with pain.

I recently got a 10ML supply of Lipo-C that lacks B12 and comes premixed as a liquid. Seeking advice on an appropriate initial dosing schedule. I'm currently using Tirz at 15mg plus 2mg GHK-cu and maintaining with MT-2.

Some people begin at .5 ml just to test how they handle it, but I go straight to a full 1ml and do that at least three times a week.

I have not used the version without b12, though I do take mine twice a week.

I tried 1ml two or three times a week but eventually quit because the IM shots hurt so badly I lost interest in whether it helped. Used an 8mm needle in the deltoid and it felt like repeated punches that left my arm bruised and sore. No injection fear on my end and I stayed relaxed, yet almost every shot felt awful afterward. Maybe a longer needle would have changed things since I have almost no fat there and it was going straight into muscle.

Injecting more slowly makes a difference for me. The version I have already contains lidocaine, so you need to pause and let it start numbing as you go.

Hopefully I avoid that problem. The ghk-cu already gives me pain on just the right side of my body for about a day, while the left side is fine. I wonder if Lipo-C will behave the same way. Too bad you had to quit it.

Is the lidocaine you mentioned a topical product or something already mixed in?

I made up my own combination with these quantities in it. Twenty five milligrams dexpanthenol for the B five. Twenty five milligrams pyridoxine for the B six. One milligram methyl cobalamin for the B twelve. Twenty milligrams of arginine. Fifty milligrams carnitine. Twenty five milligrams methionine. Fifty milligrams inositol. Fifty milligrams choline chloride. One percent lidocaine. One percent benzyl alcohol serving to preserve the mix. Sterile water as the base.

I have seen mentions that it can be done subq instead of IM, have you tried that route?

I would be open to subq but I had the impression it was not viewed as ideal or as effective.

You might try the thigh or glutes instead. For my TRT I switched to a 25g 1" needle and it became painless. The first couple of times left a sore knot for a few days but that went away after the third shot. I moved my Glutathione to the same approach with similar results. Before that I was using a 5/16" insulin syringe in the thigh and still hitting muscle because my legs are quite lean.
