CJC-1295 with DAC

8 replies5 peopleOct 20, 2026☆ Follow
Summary

Is CJC-1295 with DAC safe to use and does dosing it every two weeks make sense?

Participants discuss infrequent dosing of CJC-1295 with DAC versus more frequent protocols without it. Safety concerns arise from two reported deaths linked to the compound, one in a 2006 trial and another recent case involving ipamorelin. Some users note the deaths involved large doses or compounded versions, while others dismiss the risks or joke about trying it anyway. One person switched from a peptide combo to actual growth hormone for better results.

I'm curious whether dosing this every two weeks would be a reasonable approach.

Most users steer clear because of the sustained high IGF levels over that long window. Without the DAC the usual schedule is five days on two off, or six days on one off at a reduced amount for someone hitting the gym six days a week, as far as I remember.

I would not even try CJC-1295 with DAC if someone handed me a free kit. The small human trial was halted after a death that happened just hours after the eleventh shot, and that was the final study done with it back in 2006.

Sounds like the stuff actually works then. No placebo effect here, count me in.

The earlier point about the trial is right, though the dose used back then was very large and that may have played a role. You could dose every few weeks if you wanted, but at our age and size it probably would not produce a big GH increase anyway. I saw only a small bump from the version combined with ipamorelin and later switched to actual growth hormone, which gave a clearer improvement.

There was also a death last year in Australia involving someone using CJC-1295 together with ipamorelin. An autopsy was performed but no findings have been made public.

You are not going to talk me out of it at this point. Already drawing up the shots.

True, but everything seems to be out to get you down in Australia.

Possibly that product got specially formulated though I'm not sure about it. The official inquiry into the passing confirmed they are examining a case involving peptides meant to stimulate growth which had been ordered by a physician.
