Tirz took off 22 kg in twelve weeks with zero sides and wiped out food noise completely. Skipping reta for now because of the heart-rate increase shown in studies and because it is still in phase-three trials, so it does not feel safe enough yet.
Looking for real experiences here. Tried sema and dropped 46 pounds but now stalled. Trying to decide whether to add cagri, switch to tirz, or try reta. Heard reta might be strongest overall but tirz wins on appetite control, and that matters because I snack out of boredom even when full. How exactly does reta help more? Any suggestions on the next step?
