Adding a little Survo can bring some glucagon activity into the mix. I dropped from 7 mg weekly Tirz down to 5 mg while adding 1 mg of the other compound and kept the benefits with almost no extra sides.
I could only reach 4 mg weekly on Reta before allodynia and anhedonia hit hard. The glucagon action seems to be the culprit in my case, since my resting heart rate climbed 14 bpm and I felt off overall. Weight came off, yet mainly because food started tasting gross and the idea of eating turned me off, plus plenty of nausea. Tirz feels far better. Appetite gets crushed so thoroughly it is like having ten gastric bypasses; I feel stuffed even when I still want food and cannot picture eating more. At 3.5 mg weekly there is no allodynia, anhedonia is milder, heart rate is lower, and everything feels smoother.
