I would skip the risk. Two weeks off will not set back your progress. The medication stays active longer than it might seem. Just resume the normal amount when you return and everything should be okay.
This comes up often for lots of people. My upcoming trip is to Japan and Thailand, and I lack any prescription. I only have powder vials or already mixed ones along with needles and wipes. Departure is Friday morning, so the plan is to inject Thursday afternoon after a six-day gap from the prior shot, then cut the amount in half or more upon return after two weeks. Current level is 2.4 mg sema, so starting again around 1 mg seems reasonable. Bringing it along to Japan feels risky, and Thailand does not require it since the next scheduled shot will be at home. Another option is packing the vial in something cold and just sourcing a needle once in Tokyo, though reports on enforcement there are inconsistent.
