I've been on reta for three months and lost around 25 pounds. Food noise returned and weight has held steady for three weeks. Skin sensitivity is constant and bothersome. I ordered tirz and plan to try it, though I haven't decided if I'll combine them or switch completely. Need a sensible starting dose.
Maybe it's foolish, but I'm trying anyway. I dropped 35 pounds in about four and a half months using compounded tirzepatide, reaching 8.5 mg before it didn't agree with me. Dropped back to 6.5 mg and started retatrutide at 1 mg weekly for three weeks alongside the tirz. Nothing much happened. Bumped reta to 1.5 mg while keeping tirz at 6 mg, and put on 3 pounds. Been using reta for six weeks total now. Noticing night sweats, waking early, and feeling warmer overall, which seems normal I suppose. The scale started moving the right way after four weeks. Planning to phase out tirz over the next couple months to switch fully to reta. Worried my knee and wrist pain might come back. Hoping to see the visceral fat reduction from reta since I have a big gut, but the knee relief has been the best part. I'd rather deal with extra weight than bad knees. Sticking with reta heavily for another four weeks and will check back then.
