Anyone here experimenting with functional ingredients to make everyday eating a bit healthier? I've spent eight years developing low-carb versions of cookies, cake, pizza, sandwich bread, focaccia and similar items. The process has been satisfying yet costly because I refuse to settle for the usual bland healthy recipes. Lately I produced a loaf with a sixty percent drop in starch and shared samples with friends; they keep urging me to start a social-media bakery, but my day job already takes all my time. What approaches do others use?
