I began with hypertension at 145 kg on one medication. As weight fell my pressure dropped enough that standing made my vision go dark, so I measured and quit the drug once it stayed under 120/80. After further loss it has held at 105-110 over 60-65 for two years at 67-75 kg. The postural drop remains, so I stay careful when vision fades after standing. Research on weight-loss surgery shows this lowered pressure and postural effect is common and may not fully reverse, partly because gut blood vessels lose the support they once had from fat and abdominal pressure. The GLP drugs also lower pressure on their own. At that level a doctor visit makes sense, but action is only needed if dizziness or falls happen.
