Did they stop making the 28 by 14 millimeter white round labels right after I got an M3 specifically for them? They are missing from the site now.
No round ones work with the M2 or M3. The D110 model is needed for those and they come only from the maker directly. I received three rolls recently.
Those are clear and the print does not show well on dark caps. I tried one from a roll I have and it did not work for me.
These aren't very effective on super dark keycaps though I possess only a couple sets with black ones. They function fine on the others. Update: The items appear on the shop site. My prior purchase from there arrived in roughly three weeks.
Yes but they used to have them for the M2 and M3 and now they are gone from the site. I chose the M2 partly because it could handle everything in one unit. Now options are changing and the reader on the tape stops generic rolls from working.
I received three rolls a few weeks ago and it took about two weeks.
Someone mentioned that positioning one of their strips against the back left edge lets the machine detect it, though printing on any other kind of strip still reduces the remaining total on the one that's loaded. It feels like those portable units that force you into their ecosystem. That sort of restriction has me planning to switch once my supply runs low.

White round would be great for the D11 but I have only found clear ones with the same visibility problems everyone mentions.
White round is available for the D11 on the maker site. Clear only shows up on other marketplaces. Still annoyed they might have stopped the ones for M2 and M3.
A representative from the company is active in this forum and posted yesterday. No reply yet about the 28 by 14 size disappearing for the M2 and M3.
I emailed support and the main address. We will see what they say.
I cannot see why they would do this. The labels are how they make money. Why push people toward a different cheaper printer that does not even use ribbon?
They have non-white round ones for the M2 on the site. Not as clean looking as white but they should work.
On the site looking at thermal transfer labels for M2 and M3 I see two-roll and three-roll sets for 34 by 17 millimeter circle white, 28 by 15 millimeter round in six colors, and 24 by 13 millimeter round in three colors. There is also a 50 by 50 millimeter round white which is too big.
That is new. It used to be 28 by 14. Maybe they let old stock sell out while preparing new stock. I am not a fan of mixed colors on one roll though. I want to label a whole batch of vials the same color.
Are the 34 by 17 millimeter white circles too large for the vials? That is what the link showed. They probably fit the larger eight milliliter or tall ten milliliter vials.
I measured two three milliliter vial caps. One was exactly fifteen millimeters and the other just under that. Seventeen millimeters would probably be too large but it depends how much smaller the circles are than the full label rectangle.
Yes the seventeen millimeter ones are too wide for peptide vials. They will fit some of the GLP vials but ninety nine percent of what we use them for are the common three milliliter peptide vials and the fourteen millimeter ones barely fit those.
I actually found some twenty eight by fifteen millimeter colored round label stickers on the site.
Those are both too big to fit on a standard peptide vial and I bought the M3 specifically for the white fourteen millimeter labels. The company is here on this forum because they know this is a size we use. I cannot make sense of the change.
I was trying to help find some fourteen millimeter labels but the smallest I saw were fifteen millimeter. I have been thinking about getting an M2 to try so I will keep watching for fourteen millimeter ones and share if I find any.
My guess is that those dimensions cover the whole sticker instead of the separate dots. There are a pair of circular ones joined on a single piece, which means each dot ends up around that smaller measurement.
My issue is the correct vial top size was twenty eight by fourteen. If they changed the entire label size there should be a note instead of mixed pictures that suggest it might be the right one.
I understand the point. The sizing information is confusing and hopefully they can clear it up.

They just put them up on the website as fourteen by fourteen.
Fourteen by fourteen is not twenty eight by fourteen and four hundred for the M3 or M2 so no they did not. Apologies and thanks to the person who pointed out they changed the description and quantity from past orders.
Those fit the smaller entry level models. The single strip labels do not fit the M3 or M2.
No check again. They changed the SKU. It is still fourteen by twenty eight but they are just calling it fourteen by fourteen.
With the attitude I probably should not be spoon feeding you but I am feeling nice. The label you are looking for is available now. We have corrected the description now updated to fourteen by fourteen millimeters and we will update the product images as well.

Dealing with support sending incorrect links has been irritating, and I keep wondering why they never mentioned the right details. Thanks to the user who clarified everything. I went ahead and placed an order.
I am very glad they did not discontinue these labels. I was worried they were dropping support for a model then only supporting another and repeating.
