Need input on the following stack

Summary

What are experiences and opinions on combining reta, klow, fat blaster, and switching to HGH cycles for weight loss and muscle gain?

The original poster has lost 73 lbs and is running reta at 3 mg weekly plus daily klow and pre-workout fat blaster on a 5-on/2-3-off schedule. Others note that HGH needs months rather than weeks to show results and suggest checking bloodwork, considering TRT for synergy, and possibly waiting until body fat drops further before adding HGH. No major conflicts are reported among the current compounds, and the fat blaster is praised for pumps and appetite control. The poster plans to research TRT, proper cycling, and labs while keeping the existing stack.

I'm 53, down to 262 from 335 lbs. Right now I'm on reta at three milligrams weekly, klow at two milligrams daily, and fat blaster at two milligrams every other day before training. I just came off the wolverine stack and am thinking about using HGH instead for a stretch. Everything runs five days on and two or three off. Has anyone run something like this? Looking for any input or experiences, good or bad.

I'd look into HGH more. It takes months, not weeks, to see real effects, so check dosages and long-term cost. What are your actual goals? Without that it's hard to give useful opinions. We can guess weight loss and muscle, but that's just guessing. Also the five-on two-off schedule is something wellness places pushed because they were closed weekends, though views differ.

Seventy-three pounds down is real progress, congrats. The stack of reta at three milligrams weekly, two milligrams klow daily, and fat blaster pre-workout hits several pathways. Curious how appetite and energy feel on the off days. On HGH, four to six weeks is short; most need three-plus months to notice anything. What's the specific goal, recovery, body composition, or both?

I have enough HGH for ten to twelve months. From what I've read it should be run four to six months then take a break before going back on. I meant months in the original post, not weeks. I'm just starting this part and want opinions from different places. Main goals are muscle gain and better physical appearance. Thanks for the input.

Thanks for the congrats. Goal is a healthier me and better physical appearance. If I start the HGH it will be four-to-six-month cycles with breaks after. The reta, klow, and fat blaster are working well; appetite starts creeping back around day five or six but I stick to grilled chicken or lean options when it hits. What I'm trying to figure out is whether to drop anything from the current stack to avoid any overlap issues with all four together.

KeenHarbour69archiveMay 29

Months makes more sense. On cycling, at lower doses like one to two iu there's often no need to come off at your age; some stay on continuously and just monitor levels. Higher doses might warrant breaks. HGH pairs especially well with TRT for strength and muscle due to the synergy. You didn't mention TRT so that could be worth checking. If body fat is still high, watch test and estrogen levels closely.

From what I've seen and used, nothing on your stack conflicts; they all seem to complement each other, so you should be fine running them together.

Pretty much what was already said. Get bloodwork done soon. If unsure what to test, asking an AI with your list of compounds can help figure out the right panels. At your age TRT is probably worth considering. Never tried fat blaster myself; does it actually work?

I'd consider waiting on the HGH until body fat comes down more. Effects will be clearer and insulin sensitivity less of an issue. Baseline IGF will be useful to know. If test is low, addressing that usually gives bigger noticeable changes than HGH. You're close to the full trinity stack.

Thanks for all the input; you covered things I didn't know about, which is why I'm asking around. Definitely going to look into TRT, proper cycling, and getting blood tests done.

Hell yes, glad to hear that. I'm five foot eleven. Going to check bloodwork and look into TRT dosing. On the fat blaster I've used it for about six weeks and it seems to help with weight loss alongside the reta plus gives better pumps in the gym. I take it thirty to forty-five minutes before morning training on an empty stomach and feel stronger without the caffeine edge. Out of the three it's the one I'd keep if I had to drop the others. Took me months to try it but it worked for me.
