Hey everyone in this online community I adore with a smiley. Here's another reflective share from my side, per usual. Stepped on the scale earlier and couldn't believe seeing 160 pounds. Putting it into words still seems unreal to me... But wow, I'm thrilled! The reason I'm sharing now is after scrolling through my previous entries to track my progress. Joined this place weighing 218 pounds after starting at 240. Back then I posted thinking my target of 140 was crazy and impossible, yet here I am just 20 pounds short. Feeling so thankful and quite moved. Lost 80 pounds total... Used to believe I'd never escape that situation, but it's all behind me now. Amazing. I tend to write these updates whenever I reach a milestone weight that surprises me, such as when I hit 180, and the number keeps dropping in ways that amaze me. Everyone here, I appreciate you all so much. Being emotional about it, but honestly. Anyone out there hesitant about starting something new who might see this, I felt exactly that way too. And look where I am, nearing my target after just seven months.

What a fantastic achievement, nice work on that! My own process kicked off at the start of the year and things have been moving along nicely.

That sounds completely wild, well done!

I share that view completely. Pure thankfulness comes to mind for the way this has altered my path with helpful details, tips, and backing. Though I've just joined this place, experience with those compounds goes back further, and the strong bonds plus kindness throughout the group have left me amazed. Maybe I'll live long enough to meet my grandchildren after all.

Wow! I kicked off at 210 and figured 150 would be my aim since that would beat my lowest ever. Now at 135 I can't believe this size is even possible.

Way to go on how far you've come with those celebrations. It's really cool. What you said might encourage people to make the big move. This place gets tons of visitors who aren't signed up every single day. Probably mostly people who haven't joined yet instead of those who forgot to log in. Not sure why they don't sign up and become part of the group. Right now there are quite a few of them viewing. Often it's two or three times as many as the logged in ones. Cheers once more for what you've achieved!

I'm grateful for that reply 😍 They probably don't grasp how great things might turn out in their situation. When I first considered these compounds I spent time mulling it over before starting yet kept an open mind does that fit? So many folks are dropping by here now it's wild to think I spent weeks just watching silently until I decided to join in and the whole experience has paid off big time while the group itself has been amazing.

I'm curious how you're combining things. Right now I'm taking 15mg of Tirz, and Reta should show up soon. Do you think I should keep the Tirz at that level as I increase the Reta toward 6mg? Truthfully, the hunger signals start returning toward the end of each week.

I found this thread a little late, yet it comes across as truly kind and warm. Hats off for such a fantastic success! This space here feels really supportive, and I'm glad plus fortunate to have come across this nice group. Your target seems very close now!! πŸ₯°

Holy cow, well done! It's obvious you've made great strides. Press on! Haha

I'm arriving late here as well. Really glad you skipped the stones completely. Such a major setback or win either way. Truly well done!

Maybe trying divided amounts on a schedule of three and a half or four days apart could help. Perhaps combining those two different ones. Right now I'm twenty three pounds away from where I want to be, and I'm dividing eight milligrams of each every four days. There might be additional choices available. How much more do you have left to drop? By the way, great job on everything you've achieved so far!

I arrived looking into Irritable Bowel Syndrome but hung around to praise the contributor on a job well done!! Solid effort!
