Looking into it, the peptide gets broken down fast by aminopeptidase enzymes in the nose, so only a very small fraction ends up absorbed. Switching to subq injections instead produced actual results for me. Getting past the blood-brain barrier is still an issue, yet it proved easier than dealing with the nose.
