Mud Run - Should I Skip My Dose?

Summary

Should I adjust my Tirzepatide dosing schedule around a mud run because of fatigue and low calories?

The original poster splits Tirzepatide doses and experiences post-dose tiredness that hurts workouts, plus ongoing fatigue and reduced eating, and plans to skip the Friday shot before Saturday's event while asking about Tuesday as well. Replies suggest either shifting the Friday dose to after the run or skipping both to aid hydration and electrolytes. Several users also discuss methylene blue as a way to counter Tirzepatide-related fatigue, with mixed personal experiences on its effects and side effects.

I'm splitting my Tirzepatide into 3.5 mg on Tuesday morning and another 3.5 mg on Friday evening. The day or two after each shot I feel tired and my workouts suffer. Lately the tiredness has been hanging around longer, and I'm only managing about 1200 calories a day. I have a 5k mud run with 17 obstacles on Saturday so I'm definitely skipping Friday night, but I'm not sure if I should also skip Tuesday. I'm a 35-year-old woman, currently 210 pounds after starting at 240. What would you do?

For me the way I'd handle it is moving what was meant for Friday over to Saturday once the workout is done and keep going from there without changes.

Personally, I'd rather avoid getting either shot. My main worry tends to be losing fluids and minerals, regardless of whether I'm using those meds. Around here in Arizona, making sure you're hydrated ahead of time matters a lot, even for stuff that's not that hard. Having fewer of those compounds around would make it simpler to stay ahead on fluids.

By the way, methylene blue turned out to be very effective against the tiredness i got from tirz.

Tuesday works for me so I'll shift the Friday one over to Saturday instead. Enjoy the upcoming event. June will be when I experience my very first fun run and that has me thrilled.

I came across this substance recently and found it quite remarkable. It comes in liquid form or as pills, costs little and delivers pure vitality along with better concentration. Looking back, I should have explored it much earlier. Essentially, it helps with cellular energy production, thinking ability, and physical endurance.

I've enjoyed this item quite a bit, however after using it for half a year I'm convinced my mind has become permanently tinted blue. The bathroom facilities continue to show marks from it. On the positive side it really did raise my stamina levels.

Yesterday I gave it a shot for the very first time by missing my Friday portion. It ended up being a blast! Wishing you the same good time with the one you have ❤️❤️
