I've spotted some fog inside the bottle of my peptide after leaving it in the cold storage. The liquid seems to be collecting on the inside, and I'm not sure if it's because I poke it with the needle every day or just from moving it between different temperatures. Should I be concerned that it's spoiled now that it's been twenty days?

Could you upload a photo? This situation feels familiar from a similar problem years back, although I don't recall how it ended. I think some packages arrived looking damp back then. Is this version already prepared with liquid?

From the description of sticking the needle in each day, it seems like the vial must already be mixed up. An unmixed one wouldn't see that kind of use unless something else was wrong besides any moisture buildup. A little bit of fog inside after mixing isn't strange at all. Lots of it though might mean looking at how cold the refrigerator stays. Spots near the front can vary more in temperature. I keep mine further inside instead.
