Hey everyone, finding BAC water in Brazil has been difficult. The only local option I've located is sterile water, but without the alcohol it spoils fast once opened. I'm hoping some Brazil users can share where they manage to get their BAC water.

There's a BAC water recipe that was posted by a Brit facing the same supply issue. I couldn't locate it here so I asked Gemini and this is what came back. Nothing looks wrong to me but you should check it yourself, filter if needed, and use at your own risk. Use sterile water, distilled is best; if using tap, boil fifteen minutes and cool fully. Measure benzyl alcohol precisely: for 10 mL water add 0.09 mL (9 units on an insulin syringe), for 30 mL add 0.27 mL (27 units), for 100 mL add 0.9 mL (90 units). Mix by capping the vial and rolling gently. Store in a clean sealed vial for up to 30 days after mixing, in a cool dark place with refrigeration preferred. My view is that doing it this way probably isn't inferior to obtaining similar material from overseas makers through digital stores. In this case you can at least verify the contents. I also believe finding a trustworthy nearby origin would definitely outdo producing it yourself. The first set of directions originated from a person who had no access whatsoever in their European area.

I've pushed past sixty days on occasion without any trouble. After the first thirty I include a touch more benzyl and everything has stayed fine.

That originated with an artificial intelligence. Creating it yourself seems reasonable to me. I stick solely with one particular brand and the month-long guideline applies to clinical environments with frequent punctures by various individuals. In my case for solo application, I've extended past two months without problems. I simply look out for particles or haziness. I kept that information since it came from the AI and concerned self-prepared solution.
