TB-500 daily or twice a week with BPC-157

Summary

Should TB-500 be dosed daily or twice weekly when used with BPC-157 for injury recovery?

Users report flexible dosing for both peptides with no strict rules, often basing schedules on half-life differences. Some combine them in blends for convenience while adding extra BPC on off days, and others prefer separate vials to adjust amounts independently. A rat study is cited suggesting daily TB-500 might offer advantages for tendons, though human application remains anecdotal.

Whether daily TB-500 provides measurable benefits over twice-weekly dosing in humans

Planning to begin a six-to-eight-week run of the combined peptides but ran into two different views on TB-500 frequency. Some sources say inject it twice weekly a few days apart while others recommend daily shots at the same 500 mcg level used for BPC-157. Blended vials usually deliver both at once so daily use becomes the default, and plenty of people report good results that way. With separate vials the twice-weekly approach for TB-500 seems more practical, starting at 2 mg per injection for the first half of the cycle then dropping to a lower weekly total.

No firm rules seem to exist for either peptide so frequency appears flexible. While recovering from an old ankle issue the blend has been used three days a week at 3.3 mg of each for a 10 mg weekly total, with extra BPC-157 alone on the remaining days, reaching 18 mg of BPC weekly overall. The higher amounts have produced noticeable improvement after a couple of weeks.

Earlier information suggested BPC only every few days, yet the combined product was purchased for cost reasons. It is now taken once daily along with an additional separate BPC injection later the same day because more frequent BPC dosing is said to be useful and the standalone version costs less.

Few human studies exist for either peptide so most dosing ideas come from rat work and user reports. One rat study indicates daily TB-500 could be more helpful than daily BPC for tendon healing, though the TB dose used was much larger.

The rat study is interesting. People have taken its numbers and applied them to humans even though everyone is essentially experimenting on themselves.

Good to hear the higher amounts are helping. Will track results from the planned schedule and compare.

The original schedules probably came from BPC having a short half-life of only hours while TB lasts days, making every-other-day or twice-weekly TB injections seem sufficient. All components are currently run daily, with some taken twice daily.

That matches what has been read elsewhere. TB-500 itself clears relatively quickly but the effects it triggers take several days to finish, so daily injections are not required.

Many keep the two separate because of their different half-lives. Both combined and separate approaches have been tried with little personal difference noticed, though separate use makes it easier to change one dose without affecting the other.
