Someone posted on their blog about Eli Lilly putting out early findings on Eloralintide used together with Terzepitide. It seems good as one would think. The combo gives results like bariatric surgery! (And yes, the author likes it.)

That's great. Do they represent genuinely new results from people tested in 2026? Up to this point the only material available was the released 2025 outcomes for eloralintide when used on its own. What is the source of the figures that show combinations? Could they be in an abstract from a meeting, a poster, an investor presentation, or another format? If possible I'd like to see where this comes from originally.

Wow, the weight loss here is really impressive! One trial took 104 weeks to reach 30 percent reduction, while the combination approach managed it in about 32 weeks.

The writeup states the details turned up earlier while checking those summaries ahead of the 2026 gathering from the European group on diabetes research. No hyperlink shows up, since the material likely stays restricted for now.

I'm planning to try smaller amounts of these two compounds during upkeep to hold my weight steady while keeping hunger strongly in check. I've already shed 112 pounds which comes to 46 percent of my starting size and brings my body mass index to 21. At present I'm taking 4 milligrams of the first one without noticing problems and intend to ease the second down gradually toward 4 or 5 milligrams. This remains an active test so I have no outcomes to report yet. Using reduced levels for ongoing control appeals to me more than one trial that claimed you must remain at the peak amount you tolerated. A smaller trial involving the first compound found an average 17 percent drop when combining 3 milligrams of it with 5 milligrams of another over 16 weeks and showed no leveling off. One experiment checked what occurs if the top tolerable level is kept versus cutting back after the main loss phase. Volunteers first reduced over 60 weeks until reaching their highest acceptable amount of 10 or 15 milligrams then split into three sets for the next 52 weeks. One set stayed at the high level one dropped to 5 milligrams and one received none. Those staying high held their entire reduction for a final average of 21.9 percent lower. The reduced set regained part of it finishing at 16.6 percent lower with over a quarter needing added intervention. The set with none regained most of it finishing at just 9.9 percent net lower.
