I saw this before when trying to reorder insulin syringes and nothing showed up. Just checked again and all the reconstitution solution is missing now too. Any idea why these things keep disappearing and coming back?
Looks like their goal is just to frustrate you on purpose. 😂 I really haven't come across this sort of thing before.
I just ordered a couple boxes of syringes from there and didn’t have any issues. I don’t order my reconstitution solution from them so can’t speak to that.
This occurs for me at times depending on how I type the query. In those situations I switch over to the section for items bought earlier and it tends to appear there most of the time.
Except I saved a couple for later and they went poof as well. I just searched the following terms and where I would get plenty of hits before, now it yields only sterile water and cases.

True, syringes can be found at this time, even though they ran out completely a few weeks earlier. These days the bac water is the one that's unavailable.

I suspect areas end up restricted if delivery there isn't possible. A bunch of platforms probably handle things that way, which explains why those pens never appear for me.

I got this info from one of those embryo-related forums that can't be linked here. Quite a few options cleared the basic chemical checks for preservative percentage and acidity level but never went through any bacteria or toxin screening in the report. Their preservative power and acidity lined up fine, yet nothing can be said about germ or fever agent safety based on what's out there. One version passed the preservative, acidity, and bacteria tests but came back too high on the toxin reading, above the allowed threshold. That shows even versions that look chemically solid might carry a toxin hazard. By comparison, a few others came in with far too little preservative, didn't pass bacteria checks, and carried very high toxin counts. A couple more had preservative levels that fell outside the acceptable range. One had roughly the right preservative amount but an acidity reading that was far too high. Another had zero preservative at all, making it identical to plain sterile water even though it was sold as the preserved type, which points to a labeling or mixing error. In the end I went with the hospital version.

Pharmacy rules change depending on the location. For my purposes getting sterile needles sealed one at a time worked fine through online sellers. I have also relied on one-milliliter TB syringes. In my view any bacteriostatic water meant for shots ought to meet USP standards. There appears to be some bias from the professionals.
That reasoning would suggest you're steering clear of gray market peptides.
I'm simply trying my hardest to keep methods sterile whenever possible. On top of that I get a sample from every lot checked by an outside lab and hold off until the feedback arrives before any use. Making do with whatever options exist right now. From what I understand that sterile water version is basically the sole choice stocked in medical centers around the country these days since others vanished years ago. Plenty of places skip having it on hand at all because of how harmful it can be for newborns.
Pinning high units of endotoxins but the bac water is pharma.
Things remain obtainable up north for me. Perhaps adjusting the destination nation could help out? Not sure whether that approach succeeds.

I'm curious how much it would run to check one vial from every package for those markers along with endo and sterility checks. Seeing a few of the findings from that would interest me too.
A notice popped up right under the cost showing those needles won't deliver to the chosen spot because of rules in the area or the site's own guidelines and it tells you to pick somewhere else instead. I had ordered the two volumes from a different store by using the community code. I also picked up several bigger containers during that order. The exact same issue came up for me just a couple days ago too. Another member had shared a link with the details around that time.

I spotted a lower price at another spot, and the size of my purchase qualified for no-cost delivery to this location.

I've checked these against another brand's syringes and they match exactly except for the fact that each one here has its own individual packaging.
Maybe I gave that location a shot before but ran into trouble with their special offer. I got a pair of the one milliliter versions along with a point zero five after applying a small percentage off. They probably work alright for those who prefer them, though my partner complains about discomfort from generic ones ordered online. The higher quality options perform better as well. I don't mind paying a bit more to get a hundred uses. This is only my personal thought.
I visited the nearby warehouse store in my area and requested a pack of diabetes needles that come with a different brand inside. Staff explained insulin must be bought on site before they will provide the syringes and that each pharmacist decides on their own whether to offer them. That leaves availability of the cheaper versions pretty unpredictable there.
Ridiculous that they appoint themselves gatekeepers. Some states you cant order your own bloodwork, wtf is up with that.
In this state you could almost take someone's life and get away with it, but getting hold of needles and empty containers is another story. Makes no sense.

I possess a single one that I'll employ at the appropriate moment. Currently my condition is fine. BAC will be required initially, followed by filters should I choose to employ them. Presently I own seven 30ml containers along with two hundred 31 gauge 8mm needles from various makers in both half and full milliliter capacities. At the moment I possess 2740 milligrams of Reta and intend to purchase either four 30mg units or two 60mg ones. It gets used by both my spouse and myself.
Recently I picked up a couple of packs holding one hundred each of the 31g EZ touch needles. The amount per pack seemed acceptable given how often locating this kind turns out tricky.
