Kratom is not helping at all. You also need a balanced diet on Reta because too many carbs or junk food makes it worse. I have found that focusing on protein and fiber along with physical activity helps. Even so, Reta slows digestion so bowel movements will still be slower than usual. I have heard that combining Reta with BPC 157 and TB 500 can ease the constipation, though I have not tried it yet. For lab testing, if you mean bloodwork then I do not think it is needed. Checking glucose with a basic meter is enough. If you mean sending the product to a lab for testing that depends on whether you trust the source and if they provided a recent COA. Hope this helps.
As the title says, share your best tips or tricks for constipation from Reta. I am stopping kratom because I know it will make things worse, but besides that what methods work? I also wonder what lab testing is needed when starting Reta or other GLPs for the first time and if it is required at all. Thanks in advance.
