Reta is a weak appetite suppressant for many people, especially at low doses. This is common when coming off tirz, which is much stronger at killing hunger and food noise. You need to increase the dose. You're only at 2 mg. I came from 10 mg tirz and I'm now on 5 mg tirz plus 5 mg reta, still adjusting the amounts. You could also add a low dose of cagri like 0.125 or 0.25 mg to help control appetite. You should look for better options than what you paid.
About three weeks ago I added Reta to my weekly weight loss pinning routine. I was really excited because of all the hype around it. Since I'm fairly new I got some to make sure it was the real thing. Week one I took 1 mg of reta along with my 10 mg of tirz. I've been on 10 mg of tirz for almost three months now. Week one I saw little to no change, so after some reading I tried 2 mg the next week. The scale has barely moved, maybe a pound that comes and goes, but my physique looks leaner. Appetite has been way up though. I know reta isn't strong on food noise, but has anyone actually felt hungrier than before starting it?
