Can Mots-c and NAD+ be taken 2 days in a row

6 replies4 peopleFeb 28, 2026☆ Follow
Summary

Can MOTS-c and NAD+ be taken on consecutive days or should dosing stay spaced out?

One user took both compounds before a workout and wonders if repeating the next morning would be excessive versus their usual M-W-F schedule. Others note MOTS-c is typically spaced every three days while NAD+ can be daily, with one person already using 50 mg NAD each day and another planning to switch to daily NAD+ after finding combined doses caused excess energy and sleep trouble.

Took both this morning prior to working out. Is it okay to repeat tomorrow morning, or would that be too much and I should return to my Monday-Wednesday-Friday schedule?

From what I know, mots-c ought to be used around every three days while nad can be done daily.

Does that mean I can take 100mg of NAD+ tomorrow? Or would that amount be too high for consecutive days?

Can't recall the exact forum, yet that paper covering an NAD+, MOTS-C and SS31 regimen really clarifies things.

Various regimens exist. Personally I administer 50 mg of nad each day.

Haha, began following that one myself. Can't remember the reason I switched to aligning NAD and mots-c. They seem more effective combined. Superior to any pre-workout blend. Provides smooth energy plus stamina like a huge creatine serving. Still, planning to test daily nad since the single-day boost feels excessive and disrupts sleep.

How long have you been doing that, assuming it's injections of 50mg NAD each day? And what advantages have you noticed?
