From observations some start out using GHK by itself over two weeks at 2.5 mg daily. After that they introduce KPV at 0.5 mg each day while monitoring how it goes. In light of similar past situations I stay cautious when combining products to identify side effects promptly and discontinue without delay. Wishing for the desired outcome here.
Hello everyone. I've been taking this compound for roughly twelve months and am thinking about trying a couple more substances. I've looked over past discussions yet still have some open points and would value any input. My aims include better skin appearance and tightness across my face and limbs, help for my joints, plus feeling better in general, mainly to offset typical aging effects. I'm in my late forties and female. About a year back I developed light rosacea along with touchy skin. I also tend toward reactions that look histamine-linked, such as swelling after bug bites, rashes from one vitamin product, and occasional face redness after certain meals. The three I'm eyeing are KPV, GHK-Cu, and Glutathione. I'm steering clear of BPC-157 and the GLOW blends for now over concerns about vessel growth plus cancer in my family. From those three, which would fit best to begin? If I start the first two at once, might that ease any reaction risk or simply make it tougher to spot the cause if something appears? How much time between each new addition feels sensible? I'm doing plenty of reading first.
