How did you mix your eloralintide? Just bac water?
Cagri has let me down because it hits calcitonin receptors in the thyroid that have nothing to do with weight loss, and its appetite effects wear off fast. I had been combining reta at 10 mg with sema at 2 mg, since insurance covers the latter and reta is weak on GLP-1R, but I stopped losing after 30 % total weight loss and could not move the last ten pounds for two months. Adding cagri only gave a short-lived drop in hunger and made no lasting difference once I removed it. Switching to eloralintide changed that: 1 mg cut hunger sharply and got me the final ten pounds. Trial data showed 1 mg already produced 10 % loss and 3 mg added little, so I see no need for the much higher doses. It also skips the calcitonin receptor. I am happy with how this worked but wish it were easier to find.
