Retatrutide does not hold hunger down as strongly as other GLP-1 drugs, so feeling hungry on it is pretty normal. Still, it seems to give better ability to decide whether to act on that hunger. The uneven weekly pattern bothered me too, so I switched to dosing every five days.
New to these GLP-1 meds and started Retatrutide six weeks back. Worked up to 1 mg every fourth day, so Monday then Friday. Held that for three weeks. The day before the next shot, appetite and food noise creep back in, making it tougher to stay on the diet. Don't want to raise the weekly total since it's giving steady one-pound drops, but thinking of switching to every third day and dropping each shot to 0.75 mg to keep the same weekly amount. Is it common for the effect to fade by day four, or is the once-weekly idea not holding up here?
