Nice work. No reason to go higher if the current amount is still delivering results. These GLP-1 drugs are far more potent than the body's own version, so it's not surprising that some people respond well to much smaller amounts.
I'm on week 9 of reta and down 23.8 lb already, which still shocks me. Most reports I see use 2-10 mg weekly for similar results, so I'm wondering if anyone else has matched that kind of progress at 1 mg per week or below. The hyper-responder idea gets mentioned a lot but feels like it might be made up. I tracked it on a graph of weight against dose every two weeks. Started at 0.5 mg twice a week to limit sides and stayed there through March because the scale kept moving. Bumped to 0.7 mg for a bit just to test and felt wiped out with bad fatigue plus weaker gym and hiking sessions. Dosing Tuesdays and Fridays, the drop back to 0.5 mg on Friday left me feeling decent again. Resting heart rate stayed basically the same around 49-50 and sleep held at 7-8 hours.
