Assessing where I am in this new world of diet and peps

Summary

how far along are people in their peptide and weight loss journeys and what supplies or research are they accumulating

One user describes heavy spending on peptides and tirzepatide, a large personal stash, significant weight loss, regular lifting, and starting longer fasts while feeling optimistic. Others respond with their own timelines, research habits, and questions about specific healing peptides like BPC-157. The thread stays personal and exploratory rather than advisory.

I've put a fair amount of money into peptides since early November and into compounded tirzepatide since August. Still have several vials on hand along with four hydration packs that have inserts, hundreds of easy-touch needles, boxes of 5 ml luer-lock syringes and tips, empty vials, a couple of label makers, a homemade glovebox, some 30 ml saline bags, and plenty of other small items. Most of what I have is tirzepatide and retatrutide, but I also picked up BPC-157, MOTS-c, KPV, HGH, HGH fragment, and TB-500. I'm down nearly 70 pounds from my starting weight of 330, with another 70 to go. I lift heavy three times a week at work and again at home. I'm learning to fast and took 3 mg of retatrutide yesterday to start a 48-hour fast and break a stall. I think I have enough of everything to get to the end and beyond. Feeling hopeful after worrying I'd just keep gaining until something bad happened. Where are you at in this whole journey?

Struggling to make headway on my self-built isolation chamber. This is while I mull things over from atop a disposable wipe in the middle of the prep surface.

Wow, that's impressive progress with the money put in and the weight dropped since last summer. I'm just past my first month and devote several hours daily to research without having made any purchases of the substances. Every day brings fresh discoveries, and half my effort goes toward understanding medical jargon. I've begun exploring that one peptide but it's queued for later investigation. Could you share the main reason you're using it and any key papers that guided you? Appreciate it and best wishes ahead!

Just arrived on this board. Down around fifty pounds from March onward. Early research covered seventy-four months. Roughly one pound each week on average. Seventeen weeks produced nothing at all. That's just the way things turned out. Eager to observe developments after the first of January. Similar to precious metal. People doubted its future value. Anyone who avoided it missed opportunities. Tolerance for uncertainty varies by individual. For instance, a few reject items that touched the floor. Others skip that food type completely.

Yes, I'm taking the BPC because of pain in my right arm and hand when I lift heavy weights. It's strange that this arm gets more tender than usual following each session. People say BPC along with MOTS, KPV and TB500 help with recovery. My idea is to combine the BPC with TB500 and check whether anything changes. There's no clinical evidence, yet I've read numerous accounts of folks praising these compounds, which prompted me to get some and give them a shot.
