I drank a protein shake that included psyllium husk and green banana powder. It was wonderful... 😳
I ate shakshuka that included a bit of beef and eggs along with some fruit milk protein drinks. What is everyone else having today?

I had never heard of this before, but an Arabic version of huevos rancheros sounds awesome!
I worked out fasted from 5:30-7am using electrolytes and a scoop of pre workout. After finishing I had a 40g protein shake with a banana and a handful of blackberries. At 9am I ate 6 eggs and a piece of sourdough bread. Lately I have been splitting my breakfast this way for better digestion and it keeps me full until 1-2pm when lunch is usually meat plus carbs like rice or pasta. Dinner means cutting the carbs and eating only meat with veggies or salad. If I get hungry in between I grab a bar or yogurt and I always add another electrolyte mix in the mid afternoon.
I ate 2 chicken breasts and water mixed with creatine, collagen, salt and apple cider vinegar for breakfast. It was not good but it works for me.
This has such a minimal vibe and it really appeals to me.
