CARTALAX

Summary

How effective is Cartalax for long-term shoulder tendon and joint damage when combined with BPC-157, and what dosing schedule works?

One user with a decades-old BJJ shoulder tear and tendonitis reported near-complete relief after stem cells, PRP, TB-500 and lower-dose BPC all failed. Direct-site daily injections of 1–1.5 mg Cartalax mixed with 500–750 mcg BPC produced noticeable gains within days; the user plans to continue 30 days. Others asked for exact protocols but received only the single anecdotal report.

At 54 I’ve had a shoulder problem from nearly thirty years of BJJ training and bad mechanics. A tear plus tendonitis left the arm unusable for a year. Stem cells and PRP eased pain briefly but it always returned. BPC-157 gave some help; TB-500 made my prostate symptoms worse so I quit that and kept adjusting the BPC. Cartalax has been different: the first use brought noticeable change and each following dose kept improving the joint. I’m now asking the shoulder to handle training loads it hasn’t seen in years.

What amount of Cartalax are you using? I’ve got some coming and two knee operations behind me that still need more work. Klow gave partial relief but I’m hoping for better results.

You said Cartalax changed everything yet gave no numbers on how much or how often you took it.

I’ve been checking into this for a troublesome elbow and knee. Can you share any dosage or schedule that worked?

Thanks for the reminder on dosing. I’m only five days in, which is why I posted early. I combine BPC and Cartalax in one syringe and put it right where the pain is. Even though it’s meant to be under the skin, I’ve found that going a bit deeper seems to help my shoulder more. I plan to run it for two weeks at 1–2 mg a day and so far have used up to 1.5 mg mixed with 500–750 mcg of BPC. That’s higher than most suggestions but lower amounts never moved the needle for me.

Yes, I followed the last suggestion there and used 1.5 mg BPC with 1 mg Cartalax. Because it feels like it’s clearing up long-standing issues I’m going to keep going for a full month.

That mix would probably burn going in. From what I’ve seen GHK-cu doesn’t do much for tendons, ligaments or muscle repair, so BPC and TB are still the only ones that show results.
