I had a Mazda for a short time years back. Would not suggest it.

Did you shoot bits of the car into yourself? If yes, did weight come off? Any effects noticed?

Anyone who has worked on those worn-out wrecks knows the answer is definitely yes. I have at least seven pounds of vehicle stuck in different spots on me by now.

Mazda worked with Ford for several years until the deal finished in 2015. Some Ford models used interchangeable components with Mazda.

I have owned a few Mazdas over time, mostly Miatas and RX-7s. They were pretty much what you expected and I liked driving them. I have even rebuilt a rotary engine or two myself in the garage.

I do not notice any Mazda listed in Jeep pricing.

Jeep worked with Peugeot or Renault instead. No Mazda components went into Jeeps, only Ford parts went into Mazda models. One exception was the 90s Taurus SHO which came with a Yamaha motor as far as I recall.

That means Jeep has been reselling vehicles since the 90s.

It goes back to the 80s or earlier. They arranged to use French components so the French would purchase their vehicles.
