NAD+. Yes please. I start in a few weeks.

Summary

What dosing schedules work for NAD+ injections, including starting amounts and maintenance with twice-weekly use?

Users point to online dosage resources that align on beginning low, such as testing 20mg before a 100mg target. One person titrated to 100mg daily while noting others reach 200-250mg daily. A new user felt an energy boost and reduced fatigue even on a small initial dose. The original poster plans twice-weekly injections and asks about long-term continuation.

Has anyone who's used this before shared their dosing experiences? Got a batch of buffered 500 ready. Schedules differ a lot between people. What's a reasonable start dose and maintenance level? Aiming for twice a week injections. Thanks.

I began by checking a couple of websites that matched up on the right initial quantity for NAD+. After going through those I looked over comments from other people here to learn what their experiences had been. Personally I prefer to begin with very tiny amounts. So if the planned first dose is 100mg I'd try out just 20mg the day prior to my main schedule. That way I can tell if there's going to be an issue.

Appreciate the guidance. This matches what I had in mind. The materials shared will be useful. Apparently I still have quite a bit of text to go through.

When I first began with NAD+ I started low and gradually increased to one hundred milligrams daily. Yet people here take larger amounts each day reaching two hundred to two hundred fifty milligrams.

Began my first day with NAD following that exact approach. A modest amount brought a quick boost of energy along with reduced tiredness!!

Appreciate the info, that's really good to hear. Now I'm thinking about what happens past those first seven weeks, keep going nonstop or insert some time off here and there?
